The four bedrooms are well-sized, though I’d say the master gets the best light and has this nice view of the surrounding area. What really got me was how quiet it is at night – you can actually sleep with the windows open, which is something I definitely couldn’t do when I stayed closer to the main tourist areas. The neighborhood has this residential vibe where you’ll see families going about their daily routines, kids playing in the streets during the cooler evening hours.

Practically speaking, parking isn’t an issue here, which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is a genuine blessing. The check-in was smooth – the property manager actually lives nearby and knows the area well, so you get those insider tips about which local spots serve the best tagine (there’s this tiny place about ten minutes away that doesn’t even have a proper sign). The Wi-Fi works fine, though it can get a bit sluggish during peak hours when everyone’s streaming. One thing to note – and this isn’t really a complaint – is that you’ll want to stock up on groceries if you’re planning to cook, since the nearest decent supermarket requires a bit of a trek. But honestly, that’s part of the charm of staying in a more authentic neighborhood rather than some sanitized hotel zone.   My family of five and I went on a sunny vacation and had such a wonderful time staying at the house. The area was just perfect — everything we needed was close by: restaurants, ATMs, a small kiosk open late into the evening, beautiful green spaces, and three great pools. The neighborhood also felt very safe, thanks to the 24/7 security at the entrance, which really gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.
  
  What made our experience even better was our amazing host, Fikri. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, helped us with local tips and activities, and even printed our boarding passes and arranged a taxi for us before we left. His kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel at home.

  The apartment offered lots of space for everyone in our group. It was in a beautiful complex which had everything we needed-restaurants, ATM, shops. The location was awesome and gave us easy access to the Medina-30 minutes walk.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn’t very clean (bathroom had mould on tiles). The kitchen sink tap leaked, and there was water coming from behind the downstairs toilet. We notified the manager about the leaks and they were not attended to while we were there. The whole apartment could have benefited from a deep clean. The beds and pillows were all very firm which didn’t make for very restful sleeps.

  Bellissimo Riad, perfetto per chi vuole vivere appieno l'atmosfera marocchina, subito fuori dalla Medina facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi , inoltre nella struttura in cui è situato ci sono sia market che ristoranti per poter organizzare comodamente il proprio soggiorno
