When I first walked into this apartment, I was honestly surprised by how spacious it felt, especially considering you’re smack in the middle of Gueliz, which can get pretty cramped. The whole setup has this clean, modern vibe that’s such a relief after wandering through the medina all day (don’t get me wrong, I love the chaos, but sometimes you need somewhere to decompress).

What really sold me on this spot was how the owners clearly get what travelers actually need. The kitchen isn’t just for show – I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal here, which is clutch when you’ve had tagine three days running and your stomach’s begging for something familiar. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which honestly can be hit or miss in Marrakech, and there’s decent air conditioning that’ll save your life during those brutal summer months. The neighborhood itself is perfect for people who want to experience the real Marrakech without feeling like they’re constantly navigating tourist traps. You’re walking distance from some fantastic local cafés – there’s this little spot around the corner where they do incredible pastries and the coffee doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around all day.

Here’s what I really appreciate about staying here: you get the authentic residential feel without sacrificing comfort. The building’s pretty quiet, which is saying something for this part of town, and parking (if you’re brave enough to drive in Marrakech) is actually manageable in this area. The location puts you right between the new city conveniences and easy access to the medina – it’s about a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and hustle right outside your door. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and the place was spotless when I arrived. I’d say my only minor gripe is that the hot water takes a minute to get going in the morning, but that’s pretty standard for Morocco. With an 8.7 rating, this place is clearly doing something right, and after staying here, I totally get why people keep coming back.

  This apartment is an absolute gem! The location is perfect—central yet on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The terrace and garden view are breathtaking, like a lush oasis, making the whole place feel like Eden in heaven.
  Inside, the authentic Moroccan décor adds so much charm—you truly feel immersed in tradition. Everything is spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The the well-equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine!) is a great bonus.

  I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Marrakech! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city yet on a quiet street, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
  
  The apartment itself is spotless, maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the space at an ideal temperature. The bathrooms has amazing, constant hot water, which is a huge plus.
  
  One of the highlights was the amazing terrace—a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Speaking of coffee, it was a pleasure to see an espresso machine in the apartment! The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
  
  For those who need to stay connected, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and the TV offers a wide range of channels in different languages—perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring.
  
  The staff is outstanding, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The check-in process was smooth, and check-out was even better, making the whole experience hassle-free.

  Apartment had a lot of space, good location for us, easy to access, no problems during stay, responsive and helpful host! Good value for money! Nice garden with inner terrace with a view of orange trees, bird songs and some friendly cats. Inside big TV, washingmachine, good beds! Apartment was clean!
  
  What could be improved: It is good that host had added some photos of surrounding bcos google map first took us to different place (300m away) Would not mind if had some extra facilities, but maybe guests will leave behind stuff e.g. matches or lighter to turn on gas stove etc. The gym located below time to time makes noise, but appartment is very quiet during night, so if you are exploring city it might not be a problem.
