The family setup here actually makes sense too; there’s enough space that parents aren’t tripping over kids’ stuff, and the kitchen is properly equipped, not just some sad mini-fridge situation.

Here’s what I really appreciate about staying in Hivernage versus the old city – you get that authentic Moroccan experience without the constant hustle. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see locals doing their daily shopping, kids playing football in the small squares, but you’re also close enough to walk to Gueliz when you want proper restaurants or that Carrefour for supplies. The building itself is typical Marrakech residential, which means it can get a bit noisy during Ramadan or wedding season, but most evenings it’s surprisingly quiet for a city center location. Check-in was straightforward – the host met us at the building entrance, which was smart because finding apartment entrances in Marrakech can be… well, let’s just say Google Maps gets confused.   צוות המלון היה מדהים , הגענו בשעה מאוחרת לשדה התעופה חיפשתי מלון קרוב לשדה מצאתי את המלון הזה , התקשרתי אליהם באו לאסוף אותנו והחזירו אותנו לטיסת ההמשך . פשוט מעולה

  Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Lokalizacja blisko dworca autobusowego CTM. Blisko sklepik i restauracje. Można też samodzielnie przygotować jedzenie, bo są naczynia, lodówka i kuchenka

  Die Lage war Central, jedoch einigermaßen ruhig.
  'Einigermaßen', weil gegenüber eine große Firma – CTM. Das ist ein Versand ähnlich wie bei uns DHL -ist, mit Busbahnhof. Sie arbeiten Tag und Nacht.
  Die Umgebung ist, nach unseren Maßstäben, eher etwas verkommen.
  
  What could be improved: Waschmaschine ist defekt, sodaß sich meine Jacke mit dem Knopf zwischen Trommel und Gummiring, verhädderte. Dadurch ist sie eingerissen. Sie wurde während des Waschgangs um und um gedreht, da sie mit dem Knopf feststack.
  Die Waschmaschine hat eine starke Unwucht, dadurch schlägt sie 'rythmischgeräuschvoll'.
  Nach dem ersten Waschgang – wir wuschen während unserer drei Wochen insgesamt drei Mal – wuschen wir nur, währenddeessen wir unterwegs waren.
  Gerne hätte ich die Jacke ersetzt (30€), wobei ich sehr wahrscheinlich keinen Bon mehr aufgehoben habe.
  Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, außer der im Wohnzimmer.
  Das Übrge schrieben wir auch dem Eigentümer.
