The apartment itself is pretty slick, and that terrace they mention? It’s legit. I spent way too many evenings out there with mint tea (there’s a guy who sells fresh mint bundles right at the corner if you want to make your own), just watching the neighborhood wind down. The building feels solid – none of that paper-thin wall nonsense you sometimes get with vacation rentals. What really got me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re walking distance from all the cafés and shops along Avenue Mohammed V. The space has that crisp, minimalist vibe that photographs well, but it’s also actually comfortable to live in for a few days. Good water pressure, reliable wifi, and honestly, the AC works better than half the “luxury” hotels I’ve stayed at in Morocco.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned if you want to experience both sides of Marrakech without committing to either. Walk fifteen minutes toward the medina and you’re in full tourist mode with the souks and snake charmers, but stick around Gueliz and you can grab coffee at proper cafés, browse actual bookstores, and eat at restaurants where the menu isn’t just tagine and couscous. There’s this little patisserie called Amoud just a few blocks away that does incredible pastries – locals line up there every morning. The whole neighborhood has this relaxed, almost European feel during the day, then comes alive with young Moroccans in the evenings. Parking can be a bit of an adventure if you’re driving, but honestly, you don’t really need a car from this spot. The red city buses run regularly, and petit taxis are everywhere. Just don’t expect your taxi driver to know “Residence Picasso” – give them the intersection with Avenue Hassan II instead, trust me on that one.

  Eu tive uma maravilhosa estadia. O apartamento é moderno, com linda mobília e com todas as amenidades que preciso, incluindo uma cozinha completa com todos os equipamentos. Seu banheiro é moderno e completo. A localização é perfeita, apenas alguns metros de restaurantes e área de compras. Medina também é próxima. Possui um potente Wi-Fi, ar condicionado para refrescar nesta época tão quente em Marrakech, e a TV é ótima para relaxar a noite. Possui um lindo terraço que nos encantou . Enfim, um lugar calmo, tranquilo, confortável e estiloso para poder explorar a cidade. Super recomendo!

  Super séjour, l’appart est neuf, parfaitement propre et super cosy. En plein centre, j’ai tout fait à pied, avec plein de commerces autour. J’ai adoré prendre mon café le matin sur la terrasse bien aménagée, calme et vraiment agréable. Un vrai havre de paie au cœur de la ville. Franchement, tout était top. La prochaine fois, je resterai plus longtemps.
