The owner clearly gets that travelers want to feel like they’re living somewhere, not just crashing for the night. You know what else? The building itself is quiet – I stayed during Ramadan when things can get pretty lively at night, and I still slept like a baby. The other guests seem to be a mix of longer-term visitors and people who actually did their research, not just party groups looking for Instagram shots.

The Palmeraie location is clutch if you want to explore beyond the typical tourist circuit. You’re about a 15-minute taxi ride from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but you can also easily get to some of the newer parts of the city – there’s this amazing little café called Café Clock nearby that locals actually go to. Plus, if you’re planning any day trips to the Atlas Mountains or out to the desert, you’re perfectly positioned without having to navigate through the old city traffic. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Marrakech, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you’re traveling. Good wifi, comfortable bed, reliable hot water, and a view that makes you want to wake up early just to sit outside with your coffee.

  The apartment was absolutely fantastic!
  The Owner Abdo was professional and friendly and always on hand if we needed anything.

  La casa es muy grande y muy cómoda,bien equipada y la decoración es muy bonita. La urbanización es muy tranquila y segura, eso sí,se necesita coche para mayor comodidad y acceso. Abdu es muy amable y está siempre atento a lo que pudiésemos necesitar. Lo recomendamos sin duda y esperamos volver pronto.

  Vermieter gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und mega hilfsbereit. Sobald wir eine Frage hatten, hat er für eine Lösung gesorgt. Von hier kann man gut nach Marrakesch reinfahren, als auch in die Umgebung z.B. zum Atlas-Gebirge.

  Viele Katzen, was zwar nett ist, aber sie pinkeln überall hin, was man bis in das Apartment riecht.

  L'appartement situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé de Marrakech. L'endroit est propre, bien entretenu et idéal pour se détendre. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant, toujours disponible et d'une grande gentillesse.
