  What could be improved: it is a deserted building among a collection of empty buildings behind a commercial area. i immediately spoke to the host that it was not comfortable/safe to stay there. he agreed to reimburse me and i booked different lodging. since then, there is a different host/manager and i have not been reimbursed as promised.

  What could be improved: The 2nd room has no socket to plug your phone.
  The electric switch is far from my bed I have to get up to go near the door to switch off the light in the 2nd room.
  No electric kettle we asked for it but he promised to give us one until we left no kettle. For safety electric kettle is needed.
  It can be more welcoming if they can only put 2 bottles of water, tea bags and small amount of milk for the visitors visiting the place for the 1st time.

  Modern and big apartment. Clean. Pretty well equipped in the kitchen. Upscale location in new town of Marrakesh. Washing machine. My kids loved their bedroom and kid oriented furniture.

  This is a very spacious and comfortable family apartment, located in the heart of Gueliz plaza.
  It was clean, and the manager, Youssef, was fantastic.
  If you don't want to stay in the medina (as we didn't), this is an excellent option with all the attractions within walking distance.

  the apartment is newly renovated, impeccably clean. the location was very good, central, close to everything you need like grocery stores, restaurants, taxis and horse-drawn carriages. right above there were many shops, such as zara, zara home, stradivarius…staff was very nice and helpful.
