Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Marrakech, and honestly, this apartment on Rue Errouda caught me completely off guard. When you first walk up to number 25, it doesn’t look like much from the street – just another residential building tucked away from the main tourist drag. But that’s actually the beauty of it. You’re far enough from the chaos of Jemaa el-Fnaa that you can actually sleep at night, but close enough that you can walk to the medina in about fifteen minutes without breaking a sweat.

The apartment itself is… well, it’s pretty much exactly what you’d hope for. Clean, spacious, with this gorgeous little terrace where I spent way too many mornings drinking mint tea and watching the city wake up. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need – there’s proper Wi-Fi (I mean, actually fast enough for video calls), a kitchen that’s stocked with real dishes and utensils, and – this is important – really good water pressure in the shower. You know how rare that is in Morocco? The air conditioning works perfectly too, which you’ll appreciate if you’re visiting between May and September. I was there in July and honestly thought I might melt walking around during the day, but coming back to this cool, quiet space was like finding an oasis.

What I loved most was how the place sits right in a proper Moroccan neighborhood. In the mornings, you’ll hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosque, and there’s this little bakery about two blocks down on the corner – I never caught the name, but they make these incredible msemen that are honestly better than anything I found in the tourist areas. The fruit vendor across the street knows maybe three words of English, but he’ll set you up with the sweetest oranges you’ve ever tasted. It’s that kind of authentic local experience that makes you feel like you’re actually living in Marrakech, not just passing through it. The only tiny thing I’d mention is that the street can get a bit lively in the evenings – nothing crazy, just families and neighbors hanging out – but if you’re someone who needs absolute silence to sleep, maybe bring earplugs. Though honestly, after a day of exploring the souks and palaces, I was so tired I could’ve slept through a parade.

  Apartamentul este într-un bloc nou, la aprox 1,5-2 km de centru și la 10 minute de Grădinile Majorelle.
  Zona este liniștită, parcare este atât în fața cât și în spatele blocului.
  Gazda ne a întâmpinat cu cafea și apa.
  Apartamentul este mare, un living cu un colțar imens, un dormitor cu două paturi twin și unul cu pat matrimonial, două băi, dintre care una este cu duș.
  Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, bucătărie utilata, espressor, cană fierbător, aragaz, veselă, tacâmuri, tv în living, ac în living și dormitor. Apartamentul este răcoros și noi nu am avut nevoie de ac, chiar dacă afară erau 30 de grade.
  Dau detaliile astea pentru că știu că noi am fost primii turiști în acest apartament, și sunt convinsă că sunt utile.
