I actually cooked a few meals there using ingredients from the local market, and honestly, after days of tagines, sometimes you just want to make your own breakfast, you know? The bathroom’s modern too, which… well, if you’ve stayed in some of the riads in the medina, you’ll appreciate having water pressure that doesn’t require prayer.

Location-wise, it’s this sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in a real Marrakech neighborhood rather than just visiting one. There’s a small café around the corner where locals actually drink their morning coffee – not the tourist traps near Jemaa el-Fnaa where they charge you triple. The walk to the medina takes about fifteen minutes, which sounds like a lot until you realize you’re avoiding all the hassle of cars trying to navigate those narrow streets. Plus, coming home after a long day of haggling in the souks, you actually want that little buffer zone to decompress. The host was genuinely helpful too – not in that overly scripted way, but like someone who knows the city and wants you to experience it properly. They pointed me toward this amazing little restaurant that I never would have found otherwise, the kind of place where the menu isn’t translated and the tagine actually tastes like your Moroccan friend’s grandmother made it. That 9.3 rating isn’t just people being polite – this place delivers on the promise of experiencing Marrakech without the usual tourist headaches.

  Big Appartement- complete Equipment (incl washing machine). Big Garage for car and 24h guard.
  Nice way, also possible to walk (day and night), to top places in the Medina. If available we will book this Appartement in future again!
  
  What could be improved: The Building beside is under construction and the work during day limits the time to use the terrasse (f.e. for breakfast), but the Apartment is really big and inside the work in the neighbourhood is not disturbing.

  Lovely and spacious apartment, perfect for relaxing in the AC after being out and about, especially since we visited during a hot period. Very clean and we were grateful for the towels left for us to use too.
  
  It is walkable to Jardins Majorelle and a few shops and a couple of small cafes/restaurants nearby which we visited and enjoyed.
  
  The owner was really kind and friendly, and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech. Taxi rides to old town area cost roughly 30-40 dirhams, which is very reasonable.
  
  Marrakech airport only accepts printed boarding passes, you can get them printed at the office supplies shop right next to the apartments.
  
  What could be improved: The shower is small so the shower curtain sticks to you, which isn't nice. May be better to have a door of some kind instead.
  
  The Internet also isn't the fastest, but it was alright since we were out most of the days and came back to relax and sleep.

  the living room and balcony are airy and very relaxing. it was great to have a spot to unwind after hot and hectic days in the centre. the property was clean and Karim was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive.
  
  What could be improved: on one night some neighbours were very loud but after raising it to Karim the next day he sorted it out and it got much better the days after. one of the room mattresses was sagging, it could perhaps be time to replace it 🙂 overall none of this would affect us staying back, it was a really great rental for the price

  Location is very good, especially if you don’t have car and have tight schedule with central sightseeing. Also if you have a car, parking downstairs the building is available 24/7 (we used it), which was very helpful.
  Appartement itself is beautiful and specious, authentically decorated, with a nice balcony for chilling after busy day:) Plus the house (residence) itself is very beautiful and clean. Flat is stuffed with necessities like towels, hairdryer, air conditioners in all the rooms.
  There are small details that I would upgrade for the perfection (not necessary but i think would make appartement even more comfortable): to add some kitchen utilities that you basically don’t want to buy for few staying days – like sugar, salt, oil, maybe just welcome tea/coffee set, electric kettle, sponge for cleaning dishes; and for the shower i would put some small shelf inside the cabin for shampoos and stuff (or even to put inhouse installed shampoo/gel douche – witch is extra but a nice plus). All in all we definitely recommend to stay in this apartment and enjoy Marrakesh! 🙂

  Karim the owner is very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. We loved our stay here. The big sofa in the living room is perfect for a family of 4 to snuggle together in the evening.
