This place sits on Rue el Ikhaa in what I’d call the sweet spot of Marrakech, where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the medina’s chaos that you can actually hear yourself think.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile hotel room, which is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The kitchen is actually equipped – I mean really equipped, not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. You’ve got proper cookware, which comes in handy when you want to prep some of those gorgeous vegetables from the local markets without paying restaurant prices every single meal. The whole setup flows nicely, and there’s this attention to detail that you don’t always find in vacation rentals. The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s those little things like decent water pressure (trust me, this matters in Morocco) and air conditioning that actually works during those scorching summer afternoons.

But let’s talk about that pool, because it’s honestly the star of the show. It’s not massive, but it’s perfectly sized for the complex and stays remarkably clean. I spent most of my late afternoons there with a book, and the water temperature was just right – cool enough to be refreshing but not so cold that you’re gasping when you first get in. The pool area has this relaxed vibe where you’ll chat with other travelers, maybe share a few recommendations about where to find the best tagine nearby. The whole Menara Garden complex feels secure and well-maintained, which is something you really appreciate when you’re settling in for a longer stay. Parking was never an issue, which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is basically a miracle. You know what really sold me though? The fact that I could walk to decent restaurants and cafes without needing to negotiate with taxi drivers every time I wanted a coffee. There’s something to be said for being able to slip out in the evening, grab some pastries from a local spot, and head back to take a dip in the pool as the sun sets. It’s that kind of place where you actually end up relaxing instead of just checking boxes on a tourist itinerary.

  The apartment was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the host was very pleasant.If I were to come back here I would book again. We were close to the airport ,some lovely restaurants and about 10 mins from jemma el fina ( the huge market area ) and menara mall . Menara Mall has a huge area for kids ( and young at heart kids) on the top floor.
  Overall we had a lovely time in a beautiful apartment and if you are young and still fit it's a fabulous place to stay. If like us and you are not so fit or have knackered knees then check if the lift is working before you book.
  
  What could be improved: The most frustrating thing was the lift was broken and the apartment is up 3 very long flights of stairs so it was daunting leaving the apartment knowing that when we got back we would have to tackle them each time . The day we checked out they had been fixed so hopefully they will stay working .
  The pool was freezing so we couldn't use it but it looked lovely and inviting otherwise .
  The area is under a lot of construction and will be fantastic in a couple of years .
