  Our stay was truly enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and all meetings were punctual and well-organized. The property is located on a calm, quiet street, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The home itself was luxurious, featuring a beautifully maintained rooftop pool and a spacious balcony—perfect for unwinding. The full kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. Both TVs were fully functional, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the living area offered comfortable sofas for lounging. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring restful sleep. Overall, a high-quality experience in a well-appointed home.
  
  What could be improved: The home had a few maintenance issues, but the homeowner was extremely kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout our stay. They had informed us in advance about the issue with the electric window in one of the bedrooms, which was not functioning and remained closed. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the dishwasher, and the toilet seat required repair. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was made much better thanks to the homeowner’s helpful and accommodating attitude.

  – Really nice pool on the roof that is shared between apartments in the building however we went up there every day and hardly anyone was ever up there.

  What could be improved: – We were hanging round for 30 minutes after the checkin time for the owner to show up. We called the phone number that was on booking.com for them but the call did not go through, we then watsapp called and texted him on another number and he only replied and got to the apartment after 30 minutes. He then let us in the front door, told us what floor number and apartment number the apartment was then shot off without letting us in or showing us around, so we had to do that ourselfs. We then had to wait for over an hour for him to come back and show us around before we could leave the apartment and head into town.
  
  – When we was showing us around he asked for an 1000DH deposit for the apartment which we knew nothing about prior to that moment. It never said on the booking confirmation on booking.com, or the messages through booking.com that he had sent prior, that the apartment required a deposit. This was frustrating as if we had known before, it would have been completely fine as we would have got our enough month to pay the deposit and have the correct spending month amount, however because he never mentioned it before, we did not get out enough money for our trip + the deposit he was asking for, therefore we had to pay for the deposit and then take more our of the ATM again later that night and got charged extra for the extra transaction, as well as having no money up until the point that we managed to find a ATM again that evening. It caused a huge inconvenience to our night.
  
  – 2 of the blinds were broken, therefore we could only access 1 balcony, we could not access the 2nd.
  
  – After the guy showed us around and left, I sent him a watsapp message 5 mins later asking him something about the washing machine in the apartment, that he did not reply to the whole of the 2 days we were there. He just did not reply to watsapp when we needed him to which was frustrating.

  Nice area only about 25 minutes walk to Djema Al Fena and old mediina. The apartment is in a quiet block and is modern and well equipped. Supermarket and a lovely restaurant are right across the street. The manager Yacine is very friendly and helpful. We were staying for 10 days but travelling light (EasyJet 😖)so needed some extras things in the flat which Yacine promptly bought for us and dropped off. He is super helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The old annoying thing was that flat could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Just needed a good dusting and wiping down.

  Comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a great location. 15 mins easy walk from Jardin Marjorelle and Djemaa El Fna square . Close to restaurants and bars and with private parking for those driving. The manager made life easier for me by offering pick-up from the bus station as well as airport drop off on the early morning. There is a small communal pool on the rooftop
