I mean, I could actually hear birds in the morning instead of scooters honking, which was pretty refreshing after a few days in the city center. The building has this modern Moroccan vibe going on – not the over-the-top riad experience you get everywhere else, but clean lines with traditional touches that feel authentic rather than touristy.

What really struck me was how the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting groceries, they didn’t just point me toward some expensive hotel shop – they told me about this little market about a 10-minute walk away where locals shop. The rooms themselves are well-designed, honestly better than I expected for a 4-star place. The AC works properly (crucial in Marrakech), and the bathrooms are modern without being sterile. I stayed in apartment 7, and the little kitchenette was actually functional if you wanted to grab some of that local produce and make breakfast. The terrace views aren’t going to win any awards, but there’s something nice about looking out over regular Marrakech life instead of a perfectly manicured hotel garden.

The location grows on you – it’s in this area where palm groves meet residential streets, so you get these unexpected pockets of green between buildings. During the day it’s quiet enough to nap with the windows open, but evenings have this gentle neighborhood energy. There’s a decent café about five minutes away where you can get proper coffee and pastries, and the taxi drivers know the area well enough that you don’t have to explain where you’re going. Parking is actually available if you’re brave enough to drive in Morocco, which is more than you can say for most places in the city. The 8.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s thoughtfully done and genuinely comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying in Marrakech rather than just visiting it, if that makes sense.

  Nice area, friendly staff.
  We were moved to a different apartment as the description of this apartment so not correct!
  The maid came to sort any issues when we messaged them.
  We only stayed here one night.

  What could be improved: The apartment description was for two bathrooms, but there was one WC with washbasin and a separate bath with over head shower and a wash basin. So not two bathrooms

  Maison à recommander vivement. Belle calme propre spacieuse bien équipée. Frigo plein à l’arrivée. Un week-end entre deux couples au cœur de la palmeraie (palmerai village 2 qu’on a l’habitude y loger )très satisfaits pour cette maison. On revient sans hésitation . Merci Si Iraqui.

  What could be improved: The heating didn't work, we were freezing. The owner tried to fix the problem, but the next day technicians could not fix it . Also , hot water in the shower runs fir couple of minutes and turns colld I waited about 20 min, but nothing happened, so I needed to use a kettle to finish my shower. Obviously, the rest of the family couldn't have shower at all. The kitchen is very outdated and dirty and the fridge is disgusting. 🤮
  We moved out. At the beginning the owner seemed nice caring man, but later he refused to refund money and blamed us. Definitely, the apartment doesn't meet standards as advertised

  Très bel appartement, dans un endroit très calme, à environ 6 kilomètres de la médina de Marrakech.
  Tout était à disposition dans le frigo pour le petit déjeuner, c'était très copieux.
  petite terrasse à disposition, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car le temps ne le permettait pas.
  L'endroit est sécurisé par un gardien, nous avons pu laisser nos motos en toute tranquillité.
