You know what caught me off guard about Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie? It’s actually got this surprisingly chill vibe despite being all-inclusive – and trust me, I’ve stayed at enough of these places to know they can feel like cattle farms. The thing is, it’s tucked away in the Palmeraie area, which honestly most tourists skip right over on their way to the medina. Big mistake, because you’re sitting in this palm grove that feels worlds away from the chaos of central Marrakech, but you can still grab a taxi to Jemaa el-Fnaa in about 15 minutes when you want that authentic madness.

The property itself has this sort of… I don’t know, relaxed Moroccan resort feel? Not trying too hard to be fancy, but they’ve got the details right. The pools are actually clean (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and there’s this great spot near the main one where you can catch some shade in the afternoon when the sun gets brutal – which it will, especially if you’re visiting between May and September. The rooms are solid, nothing groundbreaking but the AC works properly and the beds are comfortable enough that you won’t wake up cranky. I mean, the shower pressure could be better, but that’s pretty much par for the course in this part of Morocco.

What really sold me on this place was the food situation. Look, all-inclusive can be a total gamble – sometimes you’re stuck with the same bland buffet for a week. But they’ve got this Moroccan night once a week where they bring out the real tagines (not the tourist versions), and honestly, it was better than some of the places I tried in the medina. The breakfast spread is pretty decent too, though if you’re looking for amazing coffee, you’ll want to venture out to one of the cafés near the golf courses – there’s this little spot about a 10-minute walk away that the locals actually use. Oh, and here’s something nobody tells you: the hotel gets way quieter after about 10 PM since most guests are either crashed out from the heat or heading into town for the nightlife. Perfect if you’re the type who likes to enjoy the pool area without a bunch of kids running around. The 8.1 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Marrakech, but it delivers on what it promises without any major disappointments.

  The overall experience was amazing. The food spread was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and always willing to help. They have great evening and pool side entertainment which is a bonus. The pool is big and quite busy. They have staff keeping it clean through the day and have snacks and drinks served up near the pool area. Lots of seating available near pool too. The rooms are big and clean but might have some small hiccup like door knob getting stuck or telephones not working but they are happy to fix immediately. The city is about 20-25 mins away and they have free shuttles for morning drop and later pick up, but if you are going during holiday season then the shuttles are always full. So pre-book shuttles beforehand while you book the rooms ( if your itinerary is planned).
  
  What could be improved: The only bummer are the water park slides – in pictures they all looked big and nice but in real they are small and meant for small kiddos only. My 8 year old daughter found that too small and was disappointed she couldn’t play. They don’t have free pool noodles and donuts as well.

  I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with two adults and one child, and overall, we had a great experience!
  
  The staff were truly excellent — especially those from the animation team (big shout-out to Pitcho adil, Jiji and other guys for thier amazing energy and kindness ), the restaurant, and the bar. They were always friendly, smiling, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
  
  Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was also very quiet at night, which we really appreciated for a good night’s sleep.
  
  The pool was clean , although it is a bit small,still perfectly fine for a refreshing dip.
  
  Food was of good quality overall, with enough variety to keep things interesting during our stay.
  
  As for coffee lovers, just a heads-up: the machine coffee at breakfast is basically instant Nescafé, so don’t expect anything special there. However, the coffee at the lobby bar was much better and definitely acceptable if you're looking for a decent cup.
  
  What could be improved: the bed was a bit noisy when getting in or out, which could be improved for more comfort.
  we missed having more barbecue options — there was only barbecued sausage available for one day, which was a bit disappointing for those who enjoy grilled food.

  Khadija and Lamyae were absolutely fantastic. I complained at the réception one evening. Next day they called to understand the issue, apologized and made sure the rest of my stay was as good as possible. Thanks to them, they made my stay super enjoyable. Thanks you ladies i will certainly come back because of you!

  The room that was given to us was excellent. Spacious and very chic with 2 bathrooms. Both lunch and dinner are also excellent considering it is a a 4 star hotel.
  
  What could be improved: The pool water could be a bit cleaner. The room was not sound proof and we could hear our room neighbours all the time. Lunch and dinner were very good but breakfast could be a bit more varied.

  Só dar so good. We recommend. Calm hotel with very nice environment.. really good food and drinks, really suprised with the food on the bar, one of the best ones, a lot of options and really good ones, usually just have burguers fries and pizzas, but in here you have omelettes, very good hot sanduíches, salads, really good. Rooms very clean and good size..
