I mean, the “haut standing” part isn’t just fancy French marketing speak, this apartment actually delivers on that promise. The location in Hivernage is pretty brilliant too, especially if you’re one of those travelers who gets stressed about catching trains or flights. The train station is literally a few minutes’ walk away, and I actually saw guests rolling their suitcases down the street instead of dealing with taxis.
What I really appreciated was how the owners seem to understand what business travelers and couples actually need. The apartment has this modern, clean-lined aesthetic that somehow doesn’t feel sterile – there’s warm lighting everywhere, and the furniture is the kind you’d actually want to relax in after a long day exploring the souks. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and coffee maker situation), which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Marrakech can get expensive fast. The WiFi is solid – I had video calls with no issues, and the air conditioning works like a dream, which trust me, you’ll need during the summer months. The shower pressure is excellent too, one of those details that makes such a difference when you’re covered in dust from wandering around the medina all day.
Here’s the thing about staying in Hivernage – you’re close enough to walk to the old city when you want that authentic Marrakech experience, but far enough away that you can actually sleep at night without the constant buzz of scooters and late-night street vendors. I could hear a bit of street noise in the mornings, but nothing compared to what you’d get in Gueliz or right in the medina. The neighborhood has this interesting mix of locals and expats, and there’s a decent café about two blocks away where you can grab proper coffee and croissants. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s space right in front of the building, which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is basically a miracle. The 8.9 rating makes total sense honestly; it’s one of those places that gets the fundamentals right without trying too hard to be fancy. Perfect for a few nights if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

Bardzo blisko dworca, dostępność taksówek rekompensuje odległość od Medyny. Parking przy apartamencie. Całodobowa ochrona przy głównym wejściu. Apartament w pełni wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Gospodarz nas wprowadził, stały kontakt przez whats up w razie potrzeby. Trochę głośno od ulicy, ponieważ mieliśmy okna na stronę od dwu pasmowej drogi.

The property was exactly like the picture it was very nice and spacious and clean for me and my family. We really liked it here. Not only that the location is close to the train station, CTM coach station near by restaurants and supermarkets. It’s really the best location. And comfortable stay. It has a nice balcony view and all the rooms has air conditioners which was nice and the owner himself is very polite.
What could be improved: Other than all the nice things about the property I would just recommend that the owner provides washing liquid for the dishes and more stock of beds sheet linen and towels as we stayed for 10 nights. Also more stock of hand soap as only a small bar was provided. And lastly a mop or a dust pan brush to sweep the floor with as only the broom was provided and that was not enough as the apartment gets really dusty very fast. The wifi was slow so we couldn’t watch tv as much. Another thing was at least to have provided tea bag and sugar as a welcome pack. Other than that it would be a good stay.
