Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Marrakech apartments, and this place on Avenue Hassan II honestly surprised me. When I first walked into Best Appartement 3 BEDROOMS, I was expecting another generic rental – you know how these things go – but it actually feels like someone put real thought into making it livable. The three bedrooms are properly sized (not those cramped afterthoughts you sometimes get), and there’s this nice flow between the living spaces that makes it work whether you’re traveling with family or splitting it with friends.

What really sold me on the location is that you’re right in Hivernage, which – if you don’t know Marrakech – is sort of the sweet spot between the chaos of the medina and the sterile hotel zone. I mean, you can walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa in about fifteen minutes when you want that full sensory overload, but you’re also close enough to the modern city that grabbing a decent coffee or finding a pharmacy isn’t an adventure. Avenue Hassan II itself is wide and tree-lined, so you don’t get that claustrophobic feeling you sometimes get in the narrower streets. The building’s got character too – it’s not some soulless modern block, but it’s not falling apart either, which honestly is harder to find than you’d think.

The apartment itself runs smoothly, and I appreciated the little details that show someone actually lives in this city and knows what travelers need. The kitchen’s properly equipped (not just for show), the WiFi actually works throughout the space, and – this might sound weird – but the water pressure is solid, which anyone who’s spent time in Morocco will tell you isn’t always a given. The living room gets great light in the afternoons, and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Parking can be a bit tricky in this neighborhood – it’s not terrible, but you might end up walking a block or two, which is pretty standard for anywhere decent in Marrakech. The 9 rating makes sense to me; it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises. If you’re looking for something that feels more like staying in someone’s actual home rather than a hotel room with a kitchenette thrown in, this is probably your spot.

  The Apartment is situated in very good location, The security is very good. The meet up to explain access was very good from the owner and staff that he employs.
  Security let you into the main building.which is 24/7, The location has a pool which can be used as wristbands are left in the apartment.
  There is a lift. Parking can be found nearby or outside apartment and costs a few dhs.
  To gain entry to the bedroom it's a key code which is provided.
  On the back of the door it has everything you need to know.
  The WiFi password is provided, the speed isn't bad. The TV does have Netflix, We didn't really watch TV.
  The apartment is large and clean, it can easily accommodate 6-8 people with 3 rooms, two double beds, 2 singles and then sofas in the living room which are pullout beds.
  The price was very good considering we were there for the Marathon, The location was good as it wasn't far from the start line and the runners actually pass the apartment near the finish line.
  It has shops restaurants and bars nearby, The train station is a few mins walk and Jamal Al Fina Square is like a 20-30 min walk.
  Overall we couldn't fault the standard of the apartment but of your expecting a view then don't.
  
  What could be improved: The only negative from our point of view is the noise from the outside and those living in the apartment above. It is of the main road but you can hear cars and motorbikes outside as well as people talking into the very early hours of the morning, Also those living above moving around, If you are a light sleeper the this maybe an issue unless you bring some headphones or can sleep through noise. I am not sure what the landlord can do about the noise.
