Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Bitty Apartment,” I was expecting something, well, tiny and maybe a bit cramped. But this little gem on Hassan II Street completely surprised me. It’s tucked right in the heart of Hivernage, which honestly is one of the better neighborhoods to stay in if you want to feel like you’re in Marrakech but not completely overwhelmed by the chaos of the medina.

What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between authentic Moroccan character and actual comfort. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel – you know what I mean? There’s this lived-in quality that makes you settle in immediately. The location is actually brilliant because you’re close enough to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa (maybe 15 minutes if you don’t get distracted by the street vendors), but far enough that you can actually sleep at night without drums echoing through your windows. I mean, the square is magical, but at 2 AM you’ll appreciate the distance.

The neighborhood itself is pretty walkable – there’s a decent café right around the corner where locals actually go, not just tourists, and you’ll find yourself picking up mint tea there most mornings. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (though honestly, why would you drive in Marrakech?), but the staff seems to know all the tricks. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no endless forms or pushy upselling, just genuine helpfulness. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. You’ll hear the call to prayer, of course, but it’s not right next to a busy thoroughfare like some places I’ve stayed. The building has this solid, substantial feel that keeps street noise to a minimum. Sometimes you catch the scent of tagines cooking from nearby restaurants drifting through the windows, which sounds cheesy but actually adds to the whole experience. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two there – it’s those little details that add up. Things like having proper hot water pressure (not always a given), decent WiFi that actually works, and furnishings that feel intentional rather than just thrown together. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but that’s sort of the point. It feels authentic without being uncomfortable, local without being inconvenient.

  Bitty apartment is in Nour5 building about 15mins away from the airport. It has 24 hours security, very friendly security guard. Mr Badr was there to welcome us and give the key. Showed us around the apartment. Had two good size bed room, a fully equipped kitchen. Large living room, two bathroom. Ibtissam was very helpful, gave us all the details about the apartment beforehand. Location was very good. 10mins away was McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks. There was a bowling place, didn't have time to check it out. There was a amazing Indian restaurant clay oven. 15mins away. jemaa el-Fnaa was 15 min taxi ride away. Will definitely stay here again.

  The communication with the host was fast and easy. The apartement is big and very clean, you instantly feel relaxed. We couldn't find the towels and hairdryer, but the host came quickly to assist.
  
  What could be improved: A bathroom shelf would have been helpful to put our stuff there, but that is a minor thing. We would book the apartement again.

  Super neat and clean. With good security. Ms. Ibtisam and her brother are very helpful and accommodating with all our questions and inquiries. I can highly recommend this property to future travelers.

  The apartment is super nice, very clean well equipped, in front of the train station and near to the most famous places in merrakch centre, and the apartment honours are very helpful and friendly,
  I highly recommend it, and definitely I will come back again.

  On arrival we were delighted to see that the property was even better than the photos and description . Beautifully decorated and immaculate, very clean with all bedding and linen, towels washed and ready to use . The bathrooms and shower were clean &pleasant to use. We were grateful for the ac in the bedrooms as our children have medical needs and need to be cool. The kitchen had all equipment clean and ready to use . The living room was comfortable and sofa was very comfy to relax on . My children were happy and very relaxed . The security staff outside were so kind and helpful . We felt like we’re with relatives and not on holiday alone . The pool was lovely and my little boy enjoyed it . The lift is available for use if neccessary .our stay was very enjoyable and we are so happy and will visit again soon . Our host remained in touch and was always available to help if we called him .

  The apartment was so beautiful really clean.
  Was close to the menara mall and all.the food places 😋.
  It was really easy to get around we could walk to the macdonalds and the main guliez area.
