The rooms are genuinely comfortable – good beds, reliable AC (crucial in Marrakech, trust me), and the bathrooms are properly modern. I stayed on the third floor and actually had a decent view toward the Atlas Mountains on clear days, which was a nice surprise. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend your afternoon downtime, and it’s got that laid-back atmosphere where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re on display. Breakfast is solid too – they do both Moroccan and international options, and the coffee is actually good, which isn’t always a given.

Here’s the thing about this location that locals know – you’re walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Gueliz, and it’s an easy 15-minute taxi ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa when you want to dive into the medina madness. But honestly, some days you’ll appreciate being able to retreat to this quieter side of town. The hotel sits near enough to the modern shopping areas and cafes that you can grab whatever you need without the negotiation dance that comes with medina shopping. Parking is available if you’re brave enough to drive in Morocco, and the wifi actually works reliably throughout the building. With an 8.1 rating, it’s clearly doing something right – it’s that kind of place that doesn’t try to be everything to everyone but does the important stuff well.   Super comfortable huge bed. Massive room with a big wrap around balcony in the family suite. Great atmosphere in the evening around the pool for drinks. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Close to train and bus connections. Ten mins by taxi to medina. Helpful and friendly staff. Great stay 🌟

  The hotel staff both at the reception and restaurant were friendly and very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There were no complimentary teas/coffees and we also requested for an iron and was advised the hotel don't stock any. It will be useful to also store things like adapters for tourist that may have not come with theirs.

  The room and the pool were very, very good. And the breakfast was outstanding. Especially the lady doing crepes did a marvellous job. The restaurant I can recommend too. I had a good relaxing stay at this Hotel. Don't hesitate to book it. The taxi from the airport is 120 Dirham. And the Bus and railway station is in walking distance. There is also a carrefour shop near the railwaystation.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel blocked twice the price of the room from my credit card. I paid there and it was promised to unblock my money. So far, one amount is still not unblocked. However, thanks to the reception for one free dinner buffet.

  Zynab,Jihane, and Aziz at reception were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
  We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and found a lovely fruit bowl waiting in our room after coming back from the pool. We moved from a Riad to the hotel for some luxury, and that's what we got. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and outside seating area at the pool. Great sunbeds
  On day 2, we received a free evening meal from the buffet ,another nice surprise.
  
  What could be improved: I would have liked to have seen a few more cocktails on the menu for a hotel that size it only had a couple.

  An excellent choice if you’re looking to experience the city while enjoying the comfort and convenience of an internationally styled hotel. The service is attentive and professional, and it’s a rare plus to be able to sip a cocktail by the pool — a welcome luxury in Morocco. Its location strikes a great balance: close enough to the old medina for easy exploring, but tucked away just enough to offer a more relaxed atmosphere.
