Hivernage is honestly one of the best areas to base yourself in Marrakech, and recent guests seem to agree — they’ve rated the location an impressive 8.8. You’re close enough to the medina’s chaos when you want it, but far enough away to actually get some peace and quiet. The neighborhood has this more European feel with wide boulevards and newer buildings, which I know some people prefer over staying right in the thick of things. Plus, there’s free private parking on site, which is honestly a godsend if you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond the city.

What makes Bohemian Flat special is how it feels like a real home rather than a sterile hotel room. The decor leans into that bohemian aesthetic — think colorful textiles, interesting artwork, and furniture that looks like it was collected over time rather than bought in bulk. The flat setup gives you more space to spread out, which is particularly nice if you’re staying for more than just a night or two. You get a proper living area where you can actually relax, not just a bed and a tiny chair like in most hotel rooms.

  Place de Parking sous l’immeuble. Le logement est grand et comporte 2 salles de bains. C’est calme. Il y a un gardien d’immeuble toute la journée. Le lave-linge très utile, il faut apporter quelques dosettes de lessive.
  
  What could be improved: Propreté des salles de bains moyenne. Il manque des torchons dans la cuisine. L’adresse du logement n’était pas précise. Le matelas de la suite parentale est très ferme.

  What could be improved: Mi sono visto costretto a non poter effettuare una cena di lavoro,( persone) di cui una era una donna di origine marocchina alla quale e’ stato negato l accesso per questioni di religione. Nel totale rispetto delle regole vigenti in un paese di religione mussulmana, questo limite in riferimento all immobile scelto per il soggiorno, sarebbe dovuto essere esplicitamente SCRITTO nell’ annuncio. Se così fosse stato la cena di lavoro sarebbe stata organizzata in un ristorante invece che in casa.
  Questo mi è’ costato la mia reputazione nel lavoro e ritengo che sia un motivo per lasciare una pessima recensione sull appartamento.
