The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than some sterile hotel room. You know what I really appreciated? The little details that show someone actually thought about what travelers need – proper lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed (thank god), and a kitchen setup that’s actually functional if you want to grab some ingredients from the nearby Carrefour and cook something simple. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works properly and there’s a genuine sense of care in how it’s maintained.

The location is what really makes this place shine though. You’re literally a 10-minute walk from the train station if you’re coming from Casablanca, and honestly, that convenience alone is worth it when you’re dragging luggage through unfamiliar streets. But more importantly, you’re in this triangle – hence the name – between the new city amenities and the old medina magic. I could walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa in about 15 minutes when I wanted that full sensory overload experience, but then retreat back to Gueliz for a quiet coffee at one of the French-style cafés when I needed to decompress. The neighborhood has this nice mix of locals going about their daily business and other travelers, so you feel connected to real Marrakech life without being completely overwhelmed. Plus, there’s actually decent parking around here if you rent a car – something that’s nearly impossible in the medina proper. The host clearly knows their stuff too, which shows in that 9-point rating. They’re not hovering, but when I had questions about which hammam to try or where to find the best tagine that wasn’t a tourist trap, they had real answers, not just generic recommendations.

  L emplacement est top pour Marrakech au cœur du bon quartier avec tous les commerces a l européenne ( mc do zara carrefour). des cafés sympa pour le petit dej du matin.

  What could be improved: sur l annonce il est noté dans la chambre 1 lit simple, 1 grand lit double dans la chambre alors qu' il y a qu' un lit !!
  
  dans le salon un grand canapée confortable , ou mes 2 enfants ( 18 et 9 ans ) ont pu bien dormir .

  Let me first start by saying what you see is what you get. We stayed for a week, family of 3 and the exact photos shown is what the apartment looks like. Very clean and well maintained. They provided clean towels and extra blanket and pillow (upon request) Our host Mohamed was very helpful and communicates with us all the time. He will find his way to help and find a solution to your concerns. Bahjia also is the lovely lady who gave us the keys and did a free henna to my daughter Location is very convenient, we walk to Guilez and Djemma El Fna almost everyday. There’s a money changer just outside incase you needed and few stones away from supermarket. If you’re travelling with kids, this is the best place to stay, safe and near to all. Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube kept us entertained. Thank you to our lovely host for our lovely stay.
  
  What could be improved: Only issue we faced every single day and night was the neighbors upstairs. They keep dragging and dropping furnitures till middle of the night. It was a bit irritating as we can’t do anything about it. Electricity shut down twice during evening that week although it didn’t take that long to come back. Not sure if this is normal since on our first day there was no internet connection we were told it’s because the electricity shutdown.

  A modern, comfortable apartment well located in the city. A warm welcome from our hosts upon arrival was really appreciated.

  The apartment is cozy, stylish, clean and newly renovated. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. The car parking in the basement is super convenient. The host goes an extra mile to accommodate every request. The building is very safe and the location is quite convenient. Book with certainty, you will not regret choosing this place.

  Owner invested tonnes of time, money and attention to make it perfect! Towels and bedding are king 👑 quality, huge TV, great WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, marble surfaces, beautiful and smart lightening for our comfort, Moroccan details in interior decor, huge comfy sofa… I just grateful for such perfect stay, and wish deserved success!
  
  What could be improved: It's would be great to improve the communication and instructions how to found apart itself and get a keys..
