The water pressure is solid, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and they left actual useful information about the neighborhood, not just tourist trap recommendations.

What really impressed me is how they’ve managed to balance that traditional Moroccan feel with modern comfort. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where you find yourself extending your stay if you can. The morning light in the courtyard is something else, and you’ll probably end up spending more time there than you planned. Fair warning though: if you’re the type who needs to be right in the thick of tourist central, this might feel a bit residential for you. But if you want to experience Marrakech like someone who actually lives there, with a hammam to come home to and a courtyard where you can hear the call to prayer echoing across the neighborhood in the evening, this is exactly what you’re looking for. Plus, there’s a decent café about a five-minute walk away where the locals go for breakfast – way better than hotel continental spreads and half the price.

  Tout sans exception, s'était parfait. La climatisation marchait super bien et que dire du propriétaire, un homme exceptionnel et présent pour nous. Il nous a accueilli avec des boissons et des biscuits et a mon départ vers agadir, il m'a téléphoné pour voir si nous étions bien arrivés .Mes enfants sont tombés malade et il m'a apporté une épice moulue pour eux. Franchement je conseil à mille pour cents.
