You get the authentic Morocco experience without the constant buzz of scooters and street vendors right outside your window at 6 AM.

The hotel itself has this relaxed, lived-in elegance that you don’t always find in four-star places. I mean, everything’s well-maintained and the staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing, but it doesn’t feel like you’re walking through a museum. The rooms are spacious – honestly bigger than I expected – and the air conditioning actually works properly, which anyone who’s spent a summer in Marrakech will tell you is not a given. What really got me was the attention to small details: proper blackout curtains (crucial for those late Atlas Mountain sunsets), decent water pressure, and they actually provide enough towels without you having to ask. The pool area becomes this little oasis during the day, and I found myself spending way more time there than planned, just reading and occasionally chatting with other guests.

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to appreciate – you’re positioned perfectly to explore both sides of Marrakech. The Gueliz district is right there for modern restaurants and cafes, and you can still get to Jemaa el-Fnaa in about 20 minutes by taxi (which should cost you around 30-40 dirhams, don’t let them tell you otherwise). The staff will arrange taxis for you, and they seem to have relationships with drivers who won’t try to take you on the scenic route. I also noticed they’re pretty good about restaurant recommendations – not just the tourist traps, but places where locals actually eat. The breakfast spread is solid too, with both Moroccan and international options, though I’d recommend trying the local pastries and mint tea. You know what really sealed the deal for me? The evening atmosphere. Once the sun starts setting, the whole place takes on this golden, peaceful vibe that makes you want to just sit on the terrace with a drink and watch the light change over the city. For the price point and that 9.1 rating, it makes total sense – this is the kind of place where you feel like you’re getting genuine value, not just paying for fancy marketing.

  Uma estadia excecional. Estava tudo muito limpo. Anfitrião sempre disponível para ajudar e super simpático. Não falta nada no apartamento para uma boa estadia. A piscina é espetacular . Voltaremos de certeza..

  De accomodatie lag net buiten de stad, wat echt super fijn was. Even weg van de drukte, maar tegelijkertijd binnen 20-30 minuten zo weer in de stad (met de auto). Zwembad was heerlijk en werd elke dag schoongemaakt! Het apartement was super fijn en schoon. De service van de eigenaar was ook top, voor vragen kon ik hem altijd een bericht sturen en kreeg ik snel antwoord. Dit is de perfecte accomodatie voor degene die niet in de drukte wilt verblijven.

  Es hatte alles was man braucht. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und antworteten inerhakb weniger Minuten auf Anfragen.
  Schöner, sauberer und gepflegter Pool.
  Sehr sicher da es am Wingang des Resort Sicherheitspersonal gab.

  It’s a taxi ride from the busy markets so it was lovely and peaceful . Pool was great and the property itself is clean and very comfortable. All the amenities of home and the hosts did everything to make our stay wonderful

  A very quiet and safe neighborhood and estate. Properly under surveillance by guards 24 hours. Very pleasant and calm feeling in the surroundings. The view from the windows was good. Clean rooms and kitchen with all utilities.
  
  What could be improved: The distance mentioned from the city center is incorrect. The location is further away from the city and hard to find without a GPS link. The road to it is unsafe with no proper markings. No amenities or shops around (1km at least). The owner should have described more about the reach to the estate and then to the property as there is no direct access to parking but bit far. If someone has heavy luggage, he will struggle. The owner also did not mention that it is on the 1st floor, so people who have issues, may know to take about 25 steps. The shower holder was broken so it was a struggle to take a shower. There were no courtesy toiletries or welcoming water bottles, even no toilet rolls (which were provided later of low quality). Bedding was not made.
