The building itself has this sort of modern Moroccan vibe – not trying to be a riad, which I appreciated. Sometimes you just want clean lines and air conditioning that actually works, you know? Speaking of which, that pool they mention in the name isn’t just for show. It’s small but perfectly adequate for cooling off during those brutal afternoon hours when even locals disappear indoors.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to actually live in Marrakech – I mean, they knew which hammam was having issues with their water heater, where to get the best pastries for breakfast (hint: not the hotel breakfast), and could give you real directions instead of just pointing vaguely toward the medina. The rooms are solid four-star territory, nothing revolutionary but everything works properly. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with a concrete slab, and the bathrooms have decent water pressure – honestly, after staying in some riads where the shower was more like a gentle mist, this felt luxurious. You’ll find little touches that show someone was thinking about actual comfort: good lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and – this sounds silly but matters – proper blackout curtains for those late mornings when you want to sleep off a tagine coma.

The 7.9 rating feels about right to me. It’s not going to change your life or become your greatest travel story, but it’s the kind of place where everything just… works. No drama, no unpleasant surprises, just a comfortable base for exploring Marrakech without the sensory overload of staying right in the thick of things. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was traveling with someone who gets overwhelmed by the intensity of the old city. Plus, there’s something to be said for being able to walk to decent restaurants without having to navigate narrow alleyways with a phone flashlight every night.

  What could be improved: Ubicación, lejos de Medina y centro comercial. Piscina, olía a pis de gato. No tienen servicio de guarda equipaje y no hay taquillas cerca. Las fotos no corresponden exactamente con la realidad.

  Accueil&Arrivée:
  Nous avons été accueillis par Youssef: très disponible, agreable et hyper serviable (répond très vite via WhatsApp).
  A notre arrivée, l appartement était tres propre et sentait particulierement bon, l installation était très agréable.
  Il est rénové et décoré avec goût : arches sculptées, stuck et 2 sdb tres modernes
  
  Praticité:
  L appartement est très bien localisé à 8min de la Koutoubia. On peut faire bcp de visites à pied..
  Pléthore de restaurants à proximité ( du traditionnel aux sushis) tant pour les repas que le petit déjeuner + une epicerie/primeur/boucherie au pied de l immeuble.
  La residence est sécurisée et un Gardien (Merci Adil ;)) est tjrs disponible.
  Il est très agréable de revenir faire une pause en début d après midi au bord de la piscine. Les enfants ont bcp apprécié. D' autant qu elle est soignée et peu fréquentée malgré la taille de la residence.
  
  Calme & Confort:
  L appartement est très calme et naturellement frais et aéré: nous n avons pas utilisé la climatisation même par 40°.
  La mosquée est très proche, pour notre part nous avons apprécié..
