The location is honestly perfect for people who want to experience Marrakech without the constant sensory overload. You’re maybe ten minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa on foot, but you can actually sleep at night because you’re not directly in the chaos. Boulevard Mohamed VI is one of those streets where you’ll see locals grabbing coffee in the morning, which I always take as a good sign. The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there – I mean that in the best way. There’s proper lighting (thank god), a kitchen that’s more than just a hot plate shoved in a corner, and the kind of bathroom where you don’t have to do gymnastics to take a shower. The bed is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, and honestly, after walking around Marrakech all day, that matters more than you’d think.

What really got me was the little details – there’s actually decent wifi (shocking, I know), and the air conditioning works without sounding like a helicopter landing on the roof. The building itself is quiet during the day, though you’ll hear some street noise in the evenings, but that’s just Marrakech being Marrakech. If you’re planning to cook at all, the kitchen has everything you need, which is rare in most hotel situations. The host was straightforward about check-in, no drama or waiting around wondering if anyone’s actually coming to let you in. You’re close enough to walk to Gueliz for shopping or dining, and honestly, being in Hivernage means you can grab a taxi to anywhere else in the city without the driver having to navigate those narrow medina streets. It’s the kind of place where you can decompress between adventures without feeling like you’re missing out on the real Marrakech – because trust me, you’re still very much in it.

  Super appartement, très propre et spacieux, situé dans un des meilleurs quartiers de Marrakech avec tout à proximité, la résidence est calme et sécurisée, la piscine est ensoleillée. Mounia est réactive et bienveillante. Je recommande!
