This place sits right in the heart of Domaine Prestigia Golf, which is honestly one of those developments that feels like a completely different world from the medina chaos (in the best way possible).

The apartment itself is on the 10th floor of Résidence Jade, and I mean, the elevator works consistently – something you can’t always count on in Marrakech. What struck me immediately was how quiet it is up there. You’re close enough to Avenue Mohamed VI that getting around is dead simple, but far enough from the main road that you won’t hear the constant honking that’s just part of life here. The 4K TV thing isn’t just marketing fluff either – they’ve actually got a solid Netflix setup, which was a lifesaver during those afternoon hours when it’s too hot to do anything but hide indoors with the AC cranking.

The golf course views are pretty spectacular, especially in the early morning when the groundskeepers are out there and everything’s still dewy. I found myself having coffee on the balcony most mornings, watching the golfers tee off while the Atlas Mountains did their thing in the background. The WiFi is genuinely fast – I was able to work without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, which is saying something. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is not a given. The building has decent security, and the other residents seem to be a mix of long-term expats and vacationing families, so it’s got that relaxed residential vibe rather than feeling like a hotel where everyone’s rushing around.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone actually thought about what travelers need. The kitchen is properly stocked – not just a random assortment of mismatched plates, but actual cooking equipment if you want to grab stuff from the Carrefour down the road. The shower has decent water pressure, the bed is comfortable without being too soft, and there are enough outlets that you don’t have to choose between charging your phone and plugging in your laptop. The 9.7 rating honestly makes sense – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but it nails the fundamentals of being a comfortable home base. Plus, you’re about 15 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa when you want to dive into the tourist scene, but you can retreat to this peaceful bubble when you need to decompress. For the price point and location, it’s honestly hard to beat.

  What could be improved: If you’re sensitive to noise – bring earplugs for sleeping as one of the bedrooms is close to a main road, there is a rooster somewhere near the building that starts early lol, and the airport is right next door so inevitably you’ll hear planes going over the apartment. This did not take away from how lovely the stay was. And it’s worth noting that you’ll be hard pressed to find an apartment in Marrakesh that isn’t noisy!

  Apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. Karim went out of his way to be helpful both before our stay and during, always checking in if we were happy or needed anything. The best host we have come across. The location was great, about 20 mins from the city and beautiful views of mountains from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Karim!

  The apartment is modern and immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the balcony is a lovely space and the view from the balcony, over the pool and golf course, is perfect. The wifi is excellent and the huge TV with international channels amazing. Plenty of hot water, great showers, air con and heating – everything you need for a comfortable stay in any season. Despite how close it is to the airport, it is very well sound-proofed. My partner is a light sleeper with very good hearing, but he slept really well, so that was an unexpected bonus! The location was perfect, being far enough out of the city to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a short taxi ride (or drive in a hire car if you are happy to take your life in you hands!) Plenty of parking but also easy walking distance to the excellent restaurant at the golf course, plus other shops & restaurants (a 20-30 min walk). The host, Karim, was very attentive and extremely helpful, thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay in Marrakech.

  I really can’t fault anything on this property!
  Lovely luxury appartement with amazing pool!
  Kitchen provided everything we needed to whoop up a nice breakfast/dinner. Airconditioning was soooo nice:-)
  Ample towels, also for pool.
  Washer, clean oven & microwave, iron board & iron, XL TV, nice big sofa to enjoy as a family, dining table, comfy beds, two bathrooms, what more do you need?!
  Location superb, close to Jmaa El Fna, old medina.
  If you want to enjoy a relaxed cool (!) summer @Marrakech, book this property and you’ll be happy :-))

  The Appartement was very nice, well furnished and at an amazing location. In the morning you could enjoy the sun with a view on the golf court and the pool area. There was also a smart TV with lots of channels and streaming options, which was very comfortable.
  Karim was so nice and helpful and we could ask him anything, he always answered fast and helped us with everything we came up with.

  The apartment is in a very quiet and secured residential estate, with 24 hours of security – peaceful all around.
