The address sounds fancy enough, but you know how these golf resort developments can sometimes feel a bit sterile. Well, I was completely wrong about this place.

The apartment itself is honestly spectacular – and I mean that in the most practical way possible. You’re on the 8th floor of building 298 in the Saphir residence (write that down because the complex is huge and you’ll definitely get lost without it), and the views over the golf course are something else entirely. What really got me though was how thoughtfully everything’s been set up. The kitchen actually has proper equipment – not those sad little hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker. I ended up cooking dinner a couple nights because, honestly, it felt more like staying in a friend’s really nice place than a rental. The living space flows beautifully, and there’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually find in vacation rentals. Even the Wi-Fi was rock solid, which – let’s be real – can make or break a trip these days.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I went: the location is actually perfect for exploring both sides of Marrakech. You’re about 20 minutes from the medina (traffic depending, and there’s always traffic), but you’re also right in this newer part of the city that feels completely different. The golf course isn’t just for show either – even if you don’t play, it’s gorgeous to walk around in the early morning when it’s still cool. Parking is easy, which is a massive relief if you’re driving around Morocco. The check-in process was smooth, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time because the building has security protocols. One small thing – the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, that’s a pretty minor complaint when everything else works so well. The whole Prestigia development has this almost resort-like feel with the landscaping and pools, but it doesn’t feel fake or overdone. You get that sense of luxury without the stuffiness. And that 9.4 rating? Yeah, I get it now. This isn’t just a place to crash – it’s the kind of spot where you’ll find yourself wanting to extend your stay just to enjoy the apartment itself.

  This is a beautiful apartment and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and great showers in both bathrooms. Lovely balcony, which gets the evening sun. The swimming pool area is beautiful and was very peaceful when we used it. From start to finish, communication with the host was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and answered our questions promptly and efficiently. For us, the location was perfect as we wanted to be close to the airport. It's probably a 10 to 15 minute drive into the centre of Marakesh, but for those wishing a self- catering stay, with great facilities, lovely pool and lots of parking, I would recommend this apartment. Loved it!

  Amazing stay, clean and cozy. Stay provides all the amenities. Big balcony is a very nice touch. The villa is inside the golf city. The house owner is a very nice guy, helpful and honest, he lives near the stay so if you need anything he is just a walk away.
  
  What could be improved: Stay is outside the town so if you don't have private transportation you'll have to depend on taxis and deliveries for groceries and food. Most of the tour packages provide pick up from the location.

  Best hotel I have stayed in by far! The owner was so charismatic and was very patient with us when we were running late. The property was so beautiful, everyone was very respectful and kind. The AC was much appreciated as the days and nights were pretty hot. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need (ie. pots, pans, kitchen utensils, microwave) 10/10 would stay again.

  Super cosy new apartment with lots of light and beautiful terrace with a view on the golf fields. There even were moroccan treats at the table, which is very thoughtful 🎀
  Though we stayed only one night I think if we be back in Morocco it will be nice to stay there again.
