The whole place sits on this sprawling property where you can actually hear birds instead of scooters honking – which, if you’ve spent any time in Morocco’s cities, you’ll appreciate more than you might expect.

The spa here is genuinely something else, and I’m not just saying that because it’s called a “spa hotel.” They’ve got this traditional hammam that locals actually use (always a good sign), plus these treatment rooms that open onto private gardens. The massage therapists know their stuff – I had this argan oil treatment that left my skin feeling like silk for days afterward. What really impressed me was how they blend the whole wellness thing with authentic Moroccan touches without making it feel like a theme park, you know? The pools are heated year-round, which matters more than you’d think since Marrakech evenings can get surprisingly cool, especially in winter.

The rooms themselves are spacious – and I mean actually spacious, not hotel-brochure spacious. Most have these private terraces where you can sit with morning coffee and watch the Atlas Mountains emerge from the morning haze. The air conditioning works perfectly (crucial in summer), and the beds are that perfect firmness where you don’t wake up feeling like you’ve been sleeping on a cloud or a rock. Check-in was smooth, though they do get busy around 3 PM when the tour groups arrive, so if you can swing an earlier arrival, do it. Parking is free and plentiful, which honestly saves you the headache of dealing with Marrakech’s chaotic street parking situation. The restaurant serves solid Moroccan cuisine – their tagines are legit, and the breakfast spread includes both international options and local specialties like fresh orange juice that tastes like sunshine. Service throughout the property strikes that sweet spot between attentive and not hovering over you constantly. The 9.3 rating makes sense when you experience the place firsthand – it’s one of those hotels where the details actually matter, from the quality of the towels to the way the staff remembers your name after one interaction.

  We booked our stay for seven nights and, just before arriving, also recommended this hotel to our friends from Holland, who stayed here two weeks before us. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we immediately liked the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great, with our taxi driver available daily. The service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent, and we truly appreciated how hard everyone worked, especially during Ramadan.
  
  During our last dinner, there was a small incident, but it was quickly resolved with great care, which we really appreciated. As frequent travelers who value comfort, luxury, good service, hospitality, and great food, we’d like to share a few suggestions for improvement.
  
  The fitness area photos on Booking.com show a weight machine, but in reality, the gym only had cardio equipment. Additionally, some of the cardio machines made excessive noise, making them unusable.
  The quality of lunch by the pool was disappointing and overpriced, which was surprising since the food at your other restaurant was excellent and more affordable. We highly recommend focusing more on the lunch restaurant, especially since there are no alternatives nearby.
  Breakfast was exactly the same every morning, with no variety. Offering more options would enhance the experience for guests staying multiple days.
  When we requested a few Moroccan cookies, we were told they weren’t for sale but would be provided. However, we were later charged 90 dirhams without prior notice. Small details like this can impact the guest experience, especially in a location with limited dining options.
  Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Whether we return or recommend the hotel will depend on improvements in these areas. Thank you for your hospitality, and we appreciate your consideration of our feedback!

  Absolutely Stunning hotel. Very clean. The staff and how they treat you is first class 5 star. So polite and friendly absolutely nothing too much trouble. From morning breakfast right through to the evening it’s a pure pleasurable place to be. Lovely location 20 mins out from the old town by taxi In the middle of no where! Nice retreat from the hussle and madness of the city… we would definitely stay again and recommend for couples and families. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and well designed. Pool and sunbathing areas are first class.
