The duplex layout actually works really well for families or groups because, honestly, three bedrooms gives everyone their own space without feeling cramped. The design leans modern Moroccan without going overboard on the tourist-y touches, which I appreciated. You’ll find quality furnishings that feel substantial, not like rental property afterthoughts.

Practically speaking, this location is gold if you want to experience Marrakech without being stuck in the medina chaos 24/7. You’re literally a ten-minute walk from some of the city’s best restaurants – I’m talking about places where locals actually eat, not just tourist traps. The Carré Eden shopping area is close enough that you can grab groceries or whatever you need without it being a whole expedition. And here’s something I always notice – the parking situation is actually manageable here, which… well, if you’ve driven in Marrakech, you know that’s not always a given. The building itself sits on a quieter residential street, so you’re not dealing with constant street noise, but you’re still connected to everything that makes Gueliz interesting. I stayed there during shoulder season and found the whole area had this nice rhythm – busy enough to feel alive, but not so crowded that simple errands became exhausting. The fact that this place consistently gets ratings in the 9+ range makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those spots where the attention to detail shows, from the way the AC actually works properly to having enough hot water for everyone to shower without strategic planning.
