It’s actually tucked right into the Argan Golf Resort, and I mean *right* into it – you’ll wake up to golfers teeing off practically outside your window. The Ehden Properties apartment feels way more upscale than the 4-star rating suggests, honestly. When I first walked in, I was expecting something decent but nothing special, and instead found myself in this genuinely luxurious space with marble countertops and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the golf course like some kind of postcard.

The location is interesting because you’re technically in Marrakech, but it’s about a 20-minute drive from the medina madness – which is actually perfect if you want to experience the city but also need somewhere to decompress. The resort itself has this quiet, almost exclusive vibe that locals know about but tourists often miss. I spent most evenings on the balcony watching the last golfers finish their rounds while the Atlas Mountains turned purple in the distance. The apartment comes with full kitchen facilities (and I mean full – proper appliances, not those tiny hotel kitchenettes), which saved me a fortune since eating out in Marrakech every meal can get pricey fast.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to detail. The WiFi actually works reliably – crucial for anyone trying to stay connected – and the air conditioning is powerful enough to handle Morocco’s heat without sounding like a jet engine. Check-in was smooth, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not a traditional hotel front desk situation. The 8.1 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting luxury apartment living with resort amenities, but without the resort crowds since most guests are either golf enthusiasts or people like me who stumbled onto something special. The pool area tends to be quiet during weekday mornings, busy around sunset – perfect timing for a swim after exploring the souks all day. Only minor complaint? The kitchen could use a few more basic spices, but there’s a decent grocery store about 10 minutes away if you’re planning to cook. This place works brilliantly if you want Marrakech access with a peaceful retreat to return to.

  L’appartement très bien situé , très bonne échange avec l’hôte .
  Résidence surveillée. La zone est entièrement en travaux mais cela n’affecte en rien le séjour .
  
  What could be improved: L’appartement est bien situé mais dommage juste à la propreté. Dans la chambre à couché il y’avait plein de poussière que j’ai pris en photo . Les chasses d’eau des wc fuyaient et le canapé avec un gros trou au milieu les climatisation fonctionne +ou- et font un bruit qui vous dérange donc obligé d’éteindre .
  Pourtant la résidence est récente mais voyant les finitions ont s’aperçoit que le travail as été bâclé ce qui est fort dommage.
  Et le Maroc est un TRÈS TRÈS BEAU PAYS CHALEUREUX ACCUEILLANT mais dommage à cette corruption ou à chaque contrôle ont ce fait racketté par les forces de l’ordre alors qu’on est 100% en règles 😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠!!

  Ligging was goed. 10 minuten van het centrum oude gedeelte. Wel een beetje moeilijk te vinden de eerste keer. Het inchecken is makkelijk met code. Veel parkeerplekken.
  
  Op zich een leuk appartement mits ook het onderhoud wordt gedaan.
  
  What could be improved: Appartement is een beetje uitgeleefd. Slecht onderhouden.
  Veel as afdrukken van sigaretten op de bank en poef. Hygiëne kon beter. Helaas ook kennisgemaakt met kakkerlakken. De douches mogen wel een keer een goede schoonmaakbeurt krijgen. 1 douche geen houder voor de douchekop. Wanneer je gaat douchen wordt de kleine badkamer helemaal nat. Dit geldt voor beide badkamers. Badmeubels die schreef hangen.
  Dekbed en kussensloop met scheuren erin.
  
  Eromheen wordt nog gebouwd, dus qua verlichting in de avond is het miniem als je erheen rijdt totdat je het complex binnen rijdt.
