You know what struck me first about Exclusive Stay M-Avenue? It’s tucked away in Hivernage where you’re actually close to everything that matters, but far enough from the chaos of Jemaa el-Fnaa that you can sleep without earplugs. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the modern part of town – those fancy rooftop bars everyone posts on Instagram – but step outside and you’re not drowning in tourist noise.

The building itself sits in this garden complex that honestly feels more like a residential neighborhood than a hotel zone. Building D sounds sort of clinical when you read it, but once you’re there, it makes perfect sense – there’s this whole community of apartments and stays, and the hotel blends right in. What I loved is how the staff actually knows your name by day two (not just pretending to check their notes), and the check-in was refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no complicated key card explanations, just “here’s your room, the rooftop terrace is perfect around sunset, and yes, parking is sorted.”

The rooms have this clean, almost minimalist vibe that works really well in Marrakech’s heat – you know how some places try too hard with heavy fabrics and ornate everything? This place gets that sometimes you just want crisp linens and air conditioning that actually works. The bathrooms are properly modern (important detail if you’ve stayed in some of the riads in the medina), and honestly, the beds are the kind where you end up sleeping in way later than planned. What really sells it though is the attention to small things – decent water pressure, outlets where you need them, and curtains that actually block out light. The kind of stuff that sounds boring but makes or breaks your stay. I stayed during shoulder season in March, and while the pool area was perfect for afternoon lounging, I imagine it gets pretty busy during peak winter months when everyone’s escaping European cold. The 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense either – you can tell this place genuinely cares about the experience without being fussy about it.

  Nous avons passé un séjour d'exception à Marrakech. Je peux dire que c'est le meilleur appartement que nous avons loué à ce jour : tout y est ( comfort , équipments, très bon emplacement) en plus du très bon service de Ayoub qui était très gentil et au petit soin . C'est sûr que je reviendrai à chaque fois ….
