You’re tucked away in this palm-lined neighborhood where you can actually hear birds chirping instead of scooters revving, but jump in a petit taxi and you’re at the Koutoubia Mosque in no time. The driver who picked us up from the airport knew exactly where River Palm Villa was, which honestly surprised me given how many hidden residential streets wind through this area. Parking wasn’t an issue either – there’s space right at the villa, which anyone who’s tried to navigate a rental car through Marrakech’s old city will appreciate. The only minor thing I’d mention is that you’ll want to stock up on snacks and drinks during your medina trips since there aren’t corner shops right around the corner, but the housekeeper can actually help arrange grocery runs if you ask nicely. The whole setup just works beautifully for families who want that authentic Moroccan experience without sacrificing comfort or dealing with shared spaces. It’s the kind of place where you can sip mint tea by the pool in the morning, explore the souks and palaces during the day, then come back to your own private oasis where nobody’s fighting over lounge chairs.

  It is difficult to put into words how much we were blown away with not just the standard and quality of the villa but also the generosity provided.
  
  We arrived a bit earlier and we're greeted by Anas, who made us feel very welcome.
  
  The villa itself exceeded our expectations, it looked even better than the photos suggested.
  
  During the stay, we were greeted every morning by Naima, who prepared fresh Moroccan breakfast for us. She was so kind, patient and hospitable, she honestly is such an amazing person.
  
  The area itself is a quiet neighborhood outside the city, but it is very easy to get into the city. It was nice to not stay in such a busy area.
  
  If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

  Piscine superbe et très beau jardin exotique! La villa est très spacieuse. Les jeux (ping pong, billard,…) ont été très appréciés de tous.

  Mooie grote villa met alle comfort: grote kamers, grote mooi ingerichte living, verwarmd zwembad.
  Biljart en ping Pong waren voor de kids een pluspunt.
  Anas, de eigenaar, was heel vriendelijk. Je kon hem ook steeds bereiken.

  La villa estava muy limpia, muy grande y espaciosa, el propietario muy atento nos sub ministro leña y cosas para la casa sin ningún coste, y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras peticiones. A más a más la villa estaba nueva de estreno.
