The apartment itself is genuinely spacious, which is rare for the price point, and I mean spacious enough that you can actually unpack your suitcase and spread out. The kitchen setup is perfect if you want to grab some ingredients from the nearby markets and cook something up, though I’ll warn you – the spice vendors in this neighborhood are persuasive, so you might end up with way more saffron than you planned for. What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night. You know that constant hum of tourist areas? None of that here. Just the occasional call to prayer from the nearby mosque, which honestly becomes pretty soothing after a day or two.

The location is actually genius if you think about it – close enough to the airport that you’re not stressing about early flights (maybe 15 minutes in normal traffic), but far enough from the Medina madness that you can decompress. I found myself walking to some incredible local spots that most tourists never see, including this tiny café about two blocks away where the owner makes the strongest mint tea I’ve ever had. The building itself is modern enough that the elevator works consistently and the water pressure is decent, which, let’s be honest, matters more than fancy lobby marble when you’re tired and dusty from a day of sightseeing. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – the host met me right on time and actually gave me some solid recommendations for avoiding the tourist traps in Jemaa el-Fnaa. I mean, a 9.3 rating doesn’t just happen by accident, and after staying here, I totally get why people keep coming back to this place. It’s that sweet spot between authentic local experience and having everything you actually need to enjoy your Marrakech adventure.

  Great location the apartment was very clean very equipped with everything that we need air conditioners in every single room and also one in living room clean bathroom enough hot water for all of us to shower also he provided bottles of water which is very nice
  Great communication with the host once we arrived he was there waiting for us with keys even when we arrived late around 12 midnight easy check out

  Exceptional stay – exceeded our expectations!
  
  Everything about our stay was exceptional. We booked the accommodation on the day of our arrival in Marrakesh and ended up staying for two nights. Communication with the host was fast and easy via WhatsApp, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming.
  
  This was our third accommodation in Morocco, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is designed in a beautiful, modern Moroccan style – we loved it! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, and very stylish.
  
  The location is also very convenient, especially if you're flying in or out of Marrakesh. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the airport, which was perfect since my daughter had an early flight to the Netherlands on our first morning. We decided to stay an extra night because it was so practical and comfortable.
  
  We arrived from Casablanca with a rental car, and the host kindly reserved a parking spot for us right in front of the building. The apartment is also about a 30-minute walk to the center of Marrakesh, and the neighborhood is lively in the evenings, with people out and about until midnight.
  
  We were on the fifth floor, and one of the exceptional features was the room's private terrace with a table and chairs – such a cute and cozy touch.

  The apartment was immaculate, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything that one would need for a short stay. It was worth every penny, to be honest. The host was wonderful, extremely helpful and hospitable and ready to answer any questions we had. The flat had excellent internet connections and restaurants nearby that were willing to deliver food to the apartment. All in all, it was a great place to stay in.

  The apartment looks newly renovated and modern. It's not far from the Marrakesh Airport: it took us only 20 minutes to walk to the airport to catch our flight. It's a nice walk.

  The apartment is conveniently located very close to the airport, just a 25-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quite lively and might not seem very clean, but we found shops open until 11 PM, even on a Sunday. Inside, the apartment is modern, everything works perfectly, and the beds are very comfortable. A great stay overall!

  It was very clean, our Host was exceptional. He arranged for a reasonable fee a taxi from the airport who waited even though our plane was delayed.
  The host had a agent waiting for us at the property who let us in and helped with the baggage.
