Little 24 Overview
You know what surprised me most about Little 24? It’s actually tucked away on this narrow street in the medina where you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking – which is honestly part of its charm. The entrance is pretty understated, just a simple door with the number 24, but once you step inside, it’s like someone took a traditional Moroccan riad and gave it this really thoughtful modern update without losing any of the soul.
The courtyard is where you’ll probably end up spending most of your time – I mean, it’s got that classic open-air design with the fountain in the center, but the tiles are this gorgeous deep blue that catches the light differently throughout the day. The rooms wrap around it, and while they’re not huge (this is the medina, after all), they’ve got these beautiful carved wooden details and the beds are actually comfortable, which honestly isn’t always a given in riads. The Wi-Fi works well too, which surprised me since some places in the old city can be hit or miss with connectivity. Oh, and the bathrooms – they managed to fit proper showers in these old buildings, which is no small feat.
What really sets Little 24 apart though is how the staff just gets it. They know you’re probably going to get a bit lost trying to find the place initially (the medina streets are basically a maze), so they’ll actually meet you at nearby landmarks if needed. Plus, they have this wealth of local knowledge that goes beyond the usual tourist spots – like they told me about this incredible little bakery about two streets over where locals go for morning pastries, and pointed me toward the quieter sections of the souks where you can browse without constant hassle. The rooftop terrace is perfect for evening drinks with views over the medina rooftops, and you can actually hear the call to prayer echoing from different mosques, which creates this really atmospheric soundscape. Sometimes there’s a bit of street noise early in the morning – vendors setting up, scooters navigating the narrow passages – but it’s all part of the authentic medina experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be right in the heart of historic Marrakech but still have a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Very good – Rahul from Ireland – 28 January 2025 (8/10)
Multiple bed rooms, comfy bed, kitchen, attach toilet and shower, proximity to square and shops
What could be improved: Location, while excellent for the day, in night it could be scary if you go around narrow streets, Avoid going through Market after the market street doors are closed as not safe.I stayed here with my two grown up daughters and it was perfect for us. We felt very safe staying here and the owner was – Stephen from United Kingdom – 22 October 2024 (10/10)
We loved the location, only a 15 minute walk to the Medina. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely clean, fresh bedding. All the bedrooms are en suite and there is a very nice seating area on the top floor, where we sat and had our morning coffee listening to the birds singing.
After walking through the souks all day, the plunge pool was a saviour!
What could be improved: An information book would be a nice added feature, with maps and recommended restaurants etc.Comfortable and homy – Sara from Spain – 18 September 2024 (10/10)
Perfect apartment for a family. Good location and amazing service decoration. It has good air conditioning and Aziz was very amicable and serviceable
What could be improved: Nothing all was goodExcellent stay. Beautiful home and friendly owners who communicated promptly with tips and advice. Can’t fault. – Jo from United Kingdom – 21 August 2024 (9/10)
Beautiful Riad with added bonus of plunge pool. Lifesaver in 46 degree heat! Air con was amazing too! Perfectly located near close walking distance to the bustle of the Medina but in a quiet residential street. Decor was beautiful and stylish and each of the three rooms had en suites.
What could be improved: Nothing I can think of.Exceptional – Zahra from United Kingdom – 11 June 2024 (10/10)
It was very spacious, had everything you may need, good location and the host was very helpful
What could be improved: Not really a big deal but just make sure to mark it on google maps and note the route because it doesn’t show walkways too well on google maps. The best accommodation to have with a group of people – Hamza from Belgium – 5 June 2024 (10/10)
What is not to like?!? This was the best accommodation we have EVER stayed in!! The rooms are amazing and every room has a private bathroom which was such a great addition. The living room attached to the small pool area was the perfect place to chill from the busy city. The fact that we got a whole three story apartment for this price was just crazy and honestly this is an example of “it’s perfect and it’s true!”
The owners also were soo sweet and they helped us book our private tour to the desert in a shorter amount of time because we have had a flight to catch. Also, we needed transport from the airport to Little 24 and from the accommodation to this bus station that took us to Essaouira and they helped us with everything!! The costs of this were around €20 for 6 people which is amazing!
Oh and the location was right in the Medina which was great too!
After our stay we kept texting them for tips and they kept helping us!! That really shows commitment and a true customer service 🙂 thank you so much Aziz, Rachid, and Abdul for everything
