You know what surprised me most about this place? It’s tucked away in Prestigia Saphir, which honestly feels like stepping into a completely different world from the bustling medina. I mean, you’re still in Marrakech, but suddenly you’re surrounded by manicured lawns and palm trees swaying over golf greens instead of the usual organized chaos of the city center.

The apartment itself – well, they weren’t kidding about the “luxurious” part. It’s on the first floor of building 305, and when you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of space and light that just makes you exhale. The living area flows really naturally into the kitchen, and honestly, the whole setup feels more like a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel room. The view from the balcony is actually spectacular – you’re looking out over the golf course with the Atlas Mountains doing their dramatic thing in the background, especially at sunset when everything turns golden. The pool area is shared with the complex, but it never felt crowded when I was there, probably because most tourists don’t even know about Prestigia.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you can actually hear the birds in the morning instead of traffic, which is pretty rare for Marrakech. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just the usual mini-fridge situation, so you can grab groceries from the Carrefour about ten minutes away if you want to cook. Though honestly, you’re missing out if you don’t venture into the city for tagines at least once. The apartment’s location means you’re about a 15-20 minute drive from Jemaa el-Fnaa, which is perfect – close enough to dive into the medina madness, far enough to retreat to peace and quiet. Getting a taxi or using the local ride apps is straightforward, and the complex has decent parking if you’re brave enough to rent a car and navigate Marrakech traffic. The whole Prestigia development feels safe and well-maintained – you’ll see families with kids running around, which always feels like a good sign. The 9.7 rating makes total sense when you experience the attention to detail, from the way everything actually works (looking at you, air conditioning and WiFi) to the cleanliness standards that are genuinely impressive. It’s the kind of place where you can imagine extending your stay just because it feels so comfortable, especially if you’re traveling with family or want space to spread out.

  It exceeded our expectations, the house, the complex, the host, and the cheery on top was Fatiah that came every day to make breakfast with fresh fruit and bread, making our stay better than a hotel. Fully recommend, also the meals/breakfast from Fatiah. We had an amazing week. The hosts were fully supporting in all regards and helpful in anyway they can.

  Appartamento bellissimo. Comodo ottimamente arredato. Pulito. Gentilissimo l’host che ci ha scritto ogni giorno per sapere se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. È posizionato vicino all’aeroporto all’interno di un parco privato con security. Visitare il centro della città è necessario il taxi o una macchina a noleggio.
