You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment I stepped onto that balcony, I actually forgot I was in the middle of Agdal for a second. The garden view isn’t just some tiny patch of green – it’s this lush, sprawling space that makes you feel like you’ve found some secret oasis tucked away from all the Marrakech chaos.

The apartment itself is honestly bigger than most hotel rooms you’ll find in this price range. Two proper bedrooms, which is perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family and don’t want to be cramped together. The pool situation is interesting – it’s shared, obviously, but I found it never really got crowded, especially in the mornings when you can have it pretty much to yourself. The locals seem to use it more in the evenings, which actually worked out perfectly for my schedule. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night. Agdal isn’t the medina, so you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of scooters and street vendors, but you’re still close enough that a quick taxi ride gets you to Jemaa el-Fnaa in about fifteen minutes (though honestly, the ride back can take twice as long depending on traffic).

The Résidence Ennaim building itself feels solid and well-maintained – not like some of the older riads where you’re wondering if the plumbing will hold up. Check-in was surprisingly smooth, and the person managing the property actually lives nearby, so when I had a question about the wifi password, they showed up within ten minutes. Small thing, but it matters when you’re trying to figure out dinner plans. Speaking of which, there’s this little café just around the corner that serves incredible msemen in the mornings – definitely not touristy, just locals grabbing breakfast before work. I mean, the kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped if you want to cook, but why would you when you can get fresh bread and mint tea for practically nothing? The location puts you walking distance from some decent restaurants too, without the inflated medina prices. I’d say the only minor downside is that grocery shopping means a bit of a walk or a taxi ride, but there’s a small shop nearby for basics. Overall, it’s one of those places where the 9.2 rating actually makes sense – you’re getting genuine value and comfort without paying resort prices.

  Un endroit exceptionnel, la résidence est très sécurisée, super contrôlé, Mr abdellatif est très serviable et respectueux, nous avons été très bien accueilli moi et ma famille, la maison est super propre, je suis une personne très exigeante à ce niveau, mais là je n'avais rien à dire! La résidence a une salle de sport qui est ouverte 24 sur 24. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner!

  What could be improved: Le seul bémol serait la localisation de l’appartement, il est un peu excentré du centre-ville de marrakech mais cela reste raisonnable.
