The building itself is modern without being sterile, and honestly, being on the fourth floor means you catch these incredible views over the city without the street noise that’ll drive you crazy elsewhere in Marrakech. The Honest signature building (yeah, that’s really the name) sits right in the heart of Gueliz, which locals will tell you is where actual Marrakchis live and work. You’re a five-minute walk from Boulevard Mohammed V where the real cafés are – not the tourist traps – and the kind of local restaurants where you’ll hear more Arabic and French than English. I mean, you can grab fresh pastries from the corner bakery in the morning and still catch a taxi to Jemaa el-Fnaa in ten minutes when you want that classic Marrakech experience.

What really sold me on this apartment was how it felt lived-in rather than staged. The furnishings are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and there’s this attention to detail that suggests someone who travels a lot designed this space. The kitchen’s fully equipped – I actually cooked here, which I never do when traveling – and the wifi is solid enough for video calls back home. The air conditioning works properly too, which becomes crucial when Marrakech hits those 40-degree days in summer. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward key-passing-in-random-café nonsense you get with some apartment rentals. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it is in other parts of the city if you’re brave enough to rent a car. The neighborhood gets quiet after about 10 PM, but it’s the good kind of quiet – you can still hear the city humming in the distance, just not right outside your window. That 9.7 rating makes sense when you stay here; it’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should, and you find yourself thinking “okay, I could actually live here for a while” instead of just surviving until checkout.

  Excellent apartment in a prime location
  This spacious apartment in Morocco exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping malls nearby. I particularly enjoyed exploring the old town medina, which was just a 20-minute walk away.
  The apartment itself was generously sized, providing ample space for my needs. I appreciated the comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was impeccable – a solid 10 out of 10.
  My host, Asma, was incredibly attentive and always available to assist me. She regularly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
  Overall, this apartment offers an ideal base for exploring Morocco, combining modern comforts with easy access to cultural attractions. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays.

  We had an amazing stay in this apartment, the pictures match the reality and there is a modern feel as soon as you step in. The apartment was extremely clean and smelled of really nice perfume, the bedroom was spacious, a comfortable living area with a huge TV including Netflix. There was a washing machine with drying rack on balcony which came in handy along with shutters on window/balcony door for an extra safe feeling.
  
  The local area of Gueliz was a great choice since you're away from the crazy business of the Medina but still close enough by taxi to get there. There's a shopping centre and supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Masjid next door and loads of restaurants. Highly recommend staying in this apartment. The owner was easy to get in touch with as well. Easy check in/out process.
  
  What could be improved: A full length mirror to get ready especially for women would be better, only bathroom mirror available.
  The A/C could be a bit colder to make it even more comfortable.
  Bed side drawers would also be helpful

  A well furnished apartment with quality Bosch microwave, ovens, washing machines and dishwasher and a huge 65 or even 75”? Samsung TV.
  
  The apartment does not feel there is any expense spared in furnishings and it is spacious.
  
  The location was fine, there is Carrefour supermarket close by, Marrakesh train station is 15mins walk away. Taxi in the city is cheap if you want to go further.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioning could be colder, i set it as low as I can but could do with a few degrees cooler for my liking. No biggie.

  Very clean apartment , designs and decor are very beautiful, luxurious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large, the kitchen is spacious and tidy, excellent location close to malls, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very secure, guarded and feels safe. The host is very friendly and helpful. Communication was quick and easy

  Very clean, modern and spacious apartment in a new building with all the facilities you need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, huge TV, everything you need for cooking and so on. We washed our clothes and dried them on the balcony over night since it was very warm and dry, so convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The drain from the shower is not built very practically. From other reviews I have seen people complain that it gets clogged, but in fact the problem is with functionality, namely that because of the piece of marble above the siphon, the water cannot drain quickly.We removed that piece and had no more problems. Anyway, would have been the only downside of the whole experience, so it was a minor inconvenience to remove it and enjoy the apartment.

  Stylish modern place equipped with everything you need. Location is super nice if you want to experience staying in Guelliz which has plenty of restaurants, bars and even a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket.
  It was still easily walkable to Medina.
