Plus, if you’re into golf (obviously), you’ve got the Prestigia Golf Club literally at your doorstep. Even if you’re not a golfer, the landscaping around the course gives the whole area this green, spacious feel that’s pretty rare in Marrakech.

The hotel itself has that modern Moroccan thing going on – you know, where they take traditional elements but clean them up for international tastes. It works, though. The lobby has these gorgeous zellige tiles, but they’re not overwhelming, and the staff actually seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, and they spoke proper English, which honestly isn’t always a given. The rooms are solid – nothing revolutionary, but comfortable beds, good AC (crucial in summer), and the bathrooms are properly modern. I appreciated the balcony views, especially if you get one facing the golf course rather than the avenue side where the traffic can get a bit noisy during rush hour.

What really sells this place is the practical stuff that matters when you’re actually staying somewhere. The parking is free and secure – huge plus if you’re renting a car to explore the Atlas Mountains or coast. The pool area is genuinely relaxing, not just Instagram-pretty, and there’s usually space to actually swim rather than just pose. The restaurant is decent for breakfast, though honestly, you’ll want to venture out for dinner – there are some fantastic local spots about ten minutes away that the concierge can point you toward (ask for the couscous place on the side street, trust me).

The 9.3 rating makes sense to me. It’s not trying to be the Royal Mansour or La Mamounia – it’s just doing the four-star thing really well. The service feels genuine rather than scripted, the facilities work properly, and you’re not paying for location prestige you might not even want. If you’re planning to actually explore Morocco rather than just lounge around, this is the kind of base that makes sense – comfortable, well-located, reasonably priced, and run by people who seem to care about the details that matter.

  Property is very clean and more Morden than uk apartments. Host Abdo was excellent showing how ac works and tv. Kitchen has all cutlery’s and pans to cook a local meal. The plane noise didn’t bother us, infact the kids loved it. Flights usually stops around 11pm and resumes around 11am.
  Also you can hear once in the apartment.
  Security was solid. Swimming pool was very big and kids enjoyed the shallow area. I would book again, better than all inclusive. We end up going out for a meal everyday which was nice. Brought back lots of cold drinks and snacks which was very very cheap. Cab fares to local McDonald’s Burger King and kfc was like £3.50 each way. Kids were spoilt with food they know best rather than all inclusive where they can be very fussy.
  Old market is only 10mins drive away the bazaar is very good. Airport was 5mins away, which was a massive plus. Plenty towels was given. Property had auto shutters keeping light out and super dark, which no hotels have. Best sleep, plus the mattress is medium firm expensive foam mattress Moulds to your body shape, for best sleep. I have these spent 1.5k on it. En-suite plus a bathroom and excellent WiFi 5g. Happy days.

  The apartment is in a safe/secured complex of buildings, a couple of Km outside the city and close to the airport. Nice garden / pool view from the balcony. Our flight was arriving early AM and the apartment was handed over clean before the official check-in time. The owner was extremely helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants, shops and taxi drivers – we really enjoyed our stay.

  We had a great holiday – very beautiful property with modern amenities and a stunning pool! Abdo was very responsive to our requests. He also recommended a fantastic taxi driver Abderrahim, who made himself available to us every day and gave us great recommendations 🙂

  The location is very close to the airport. We stayed here on our last night and caught a 4 AM taxi, which the host arranged for us.

  The apartment was in a secure compound that felt safe and quiet. It was really clean and with good facilities. The view from the balcony was amazing. I was met by Mr Abdou who was really helpful, he gave me the number for a taxi if I needed it and I felt I could have asked any questions if I'd needed too. Overall it was absolutely perfect for my stay.
