So I stumbled onto this place on Avenue Hassan II while wandering around Gueliz – honestly, the name “NEW! Cosy, Lux, Gueliz centre, Iptv” made me think it was going to be some budget spot trying too hard, but wow, was I wrong. The location is actually perfect if you know Marrakech at all. You’re right in the heart of the new city where locals actually hang out, not stuck in the tourist bubble of the medina. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the medina’s great, but sometimes you want to grab a coffee without haggling for it, you know? From here, you can walk to Café de France in like five minutes, and there’s this little patisserie around the corner that does incredible croissants – the kind of spot you’d never find unless you were staying in the neighborhood.

The room itself surprised me. When they say “cosy,” they’re not using real estate code for “tiny” – it’s actually thoughtfully designed with this modern Moroccan vibe that doesn’t feel forced. The bed was legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the IPTV thing they mention in the name? Actually useful if you’re dealing with jet lag and need some background noise. The bathroom’s well-designed too, with decent water pressure – something you can’t always count on in this part of the world. What really got me was the attention to small details… good lighting for reading, enough outlets for your devices, and the air conditioning that actually works quietly. You can hear some street noise during the day since you’re on a main avenue, but it dies down at night, and honestly, the sounds of the city are part of the experience.

The staff genuinely seemed to care about making things work – they helped me figure out the best route to the Majorelle Gardens (skip the taxi, walk to the bus stop near the post office), and when I mentioned I was looking for a good hammam, they recommended one their families actually use instead of the touristy ones. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, it gets all the important stuff right. The location alone is worth it – you’re walking distance from the train station if you’re doing day trips, close to actual restaurants where Marrakchis eat, and you can easily catch a taxi to the medina when you want that full sensory overload experience. For the price point, it’s honestly one of the better finds in Gueliz, especially if you want to experience Marrakech like someone who actually lives here rather than just passing through.

  Świetne miejsce. Czysto, apartament bardzo ładny, gustownie urządzony i wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Dwie łazienki. W sypialni dużą szafa. Dobre oświetlenie. Przestronny balkon. Dostępna winda. Dozorca obecny całodobowo. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo fajne knajpki w odległości 150 m od obiektu, w tym duża restauracja rybna. Ceny nie powalają, jakość świetna. Niedaleko dobra piekarnia/cukiernia. Smaczne pieczywo , duży wybór słodyczy, dobra kawa, dostępne menu śniadaniowe
  
  What could be improved: Łazienki maleńkie. Prysznic nie jest wydzielony zasłoną, szkłem czy czym tam – brak miejsca , więc po kąpieli czuliśmy się niczym ptaki brodzące. Dostępny garaż . Widzieliśmy już wąskie i strome wjazdy ,ale ten plasuje się w czołówce.

  What could be improved: they didnt allow me to bring my fiancé! they said it’s mentioned however I checked on booking and it doesnt say anything regarding that!. toilets are european style and doesnt have hose

  La propreté, l'appartement est conforme aux photos très beau , décoré avec goût, un gardien est présent jour et nuit, l'appartement est équipé de tout ce qui faut ( cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, machine à laver)
  
  What could be improved: Peut être il manque un micro onde nous étions avec un bébé pour faire chauffer son lait et ses plats cela aurait été un plus
