The 9.6 rating isn’t just Booking.com being generous – this place genuinely gets the details right in a way that makes you want to extend your stay.

The location is what really sold me, though. You’re tucked into Résidence Premium Village, which means you get that authentic residential feel without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main medina action, but honestly? That’s perfect. Close enough that you can easily grab dinner at those tiny tagine spots locals actually eat at, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of scooters and street vendors when you’re trying to relax. The building itself – Edificio A – is newer construction, so you get reliable WiFi and air conditioning that actually works (trust me, this matters more than you think in Marrakech summers).

What really makes this place special is the terrace situation. I mean, pool views are nice and all, but it’s the way the whole space is designed that gets you. You can actually watch the sun set over the Atlas Mountains from up there, and there’s something about having your morning coffee while listening to the call to prayer echo across the city that just… works. The apartment itself is spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped – I’ve stayed in plenty of Marrakech places where “cozy” really means “you’ll bump into everything.” The kitchen is properly equipped too, which is clutch if you want to hit the local markets and try cooking with some of those incredible spices. Just a heads up though – the building can get a bit echo-y in the evenings when families are coming home from work, but it’s more charming than annoying. Plus, the pool area tends to quiet down after 9 PM, so you get the best of both worlds. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between authentic local living and having a comfortable base to explore from, this is honestly one of the better options I’ve found in this price range.

  This is such a wonderful little apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and Younes was a warm and wonderful host who was always available to answer any questions. It’s a lovely place and if you like cats there are many sweet cats in the apartment complex to befriend 🙂

  Удобные апартаменты в спальной части города в закрытом жилом комплексе с круглосуточной охраной, которая придает ощущение безопасности. Понравилась возможность искупаться в бассейне, вода была прозрачной, есть несколько шезлонгов, на которых можно разместиться и украшают обстановку красивые пальмы.
  
  В апартаментах все полностью соответствует фотографиям и превосходит ожидания. Для нас согласовали более ранее время заселения и были на связи по всем возможным вопросам.

  The apartment is excellent, it's functional and has all you need. The residency is calm and secured and the pool is very nice. You feel in peace once inside it. In the neighbourhood, there are couple coffees and restaurants, which is practical.
  The host is very kind and reactive, he was available to answer my questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back. Thank you!
