It’s tucked away in this quieter part of Marrakech where you can actually hear yourself think – something that’s honestly pretty rare in the medina. The address mentions “golf & waky” which I mean, sounds a bit quirky on paper, but it’s actually referencing the nearby golf facilities, and trust me, that location works in your favor. You’re far enough from the tourist chaos around Jemaa el-Fnaa but close enough that a quick taxi ride gets you there in maybe ten minutes.

The place has this authentic riad feel without being too precious about it, if that makes sense. I’ve stayed in riads where they’re so focused on the “authentic experience” that you’re basically camping, but Pavillon Luxury gets the balance right. The rooms are genuinely comfortable – and I’m someone who notices when air conditioning actually works properly in Morocco’s heat. The staff seemed to know their stuff too, which honestly can be hit or miss in Marrakech hotels. They helped sort out a day trip to the Atlas Mountains without trying to oversell me on some overpriced tour package, which I appreciated. The courtyard area is where you’ll probably end up spending your evenings – it’s got that peaceful fountain situation going on, and the acoustics are just right so conversations don’t echo weirdly like they do in some of these old buildings.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The wifi worked consistently (crucial if you’re trying to stay connected), the water pressure was solid, and they had proper blackout curtains – small things that make a huge difference when you’re dealing with jet lag. The breakfast spread was pretty generous too, with local pastries alongside the usual international options. I’d definitely recommend asking for a room facing the interior courtyard rather than the street side, just because even though it’s a quieter area, Marrakech is still Marrakech and you’ll get some street noise. The 9.6 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me – it’s one of those places where you can tell the owners actually care about the guest experience rather than just checking boxes. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels properly Moroccan but doesn’t sacrifice comfort, and you want to be positioned well for exploring without being right in the thick of the tourist madness, this place delivers.

  Service au top ! Une femme de ménage nommée Soumia était présente sur place, un accueil incroyable dès les premiers jours ; elle était aux petits soins, nous préparant le petit-déjeuner. Les lits étaient faits et le ménage effectué chaque jour. La propriétaire de la villa est à votre écoute ; n'hésitez pas à la solliciter pour de bonnes adresses, restaurants, lieux à visiter ainsi que pour des idées de soirées. Lieu très sécurisé avec des gardiens à l'entrée et à la sortie. Un jacuzzi et un barbecue sont à disposition. Des bouteilles d'eau étaient également fournies. Franchement, je recommande à 1000 %.

  Tout était parfait. Emplacement dans le golf, la maison très propre , toute équipée. Hôte très réactive et attentionnée. Nous réserverons cette maison dès notre prochain séjour à Marrakech.

  Magnifique maison dans un golf superbe et très sécurisé. Waky, piscines, terrains de tennis, basket,foot. La maison est toute équipée, très propre, il ne manque vraiment rien. L’hôte , Mme Zhor, est très disponible , gentille et agréable. Endroit à recommander.
