The location on Route de Casablanca is pretty smart, actually. You’re far enough from the medina madness that you can sleep without hearing scooters at 2 AM, but close enough that a petit taxi ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa costs maybe 20 dirhams. The Residence Pearl Garden complex itself feels secure and well-maintained – I mean, you’ve got proper parking (huge win if you’re renting a car), and the whole setup feels more like a boutique apartment building than a hotel. The studio itself is what they call “luxueux” and honestly, they’re not overselling it. The terrace situation is legit impressive – I spent most mornings out there with coffee, watching the Atlas Mountains peek through the morning haze. The furniture actually looks like someone with taste picked it out, not just grabbed whatever was on sale at the hotel supply store.

What really sold me though was the pool area. Look, I’ve been disappointed by so many “pool access” places in Marrakech where you get some tiny splash zone that’s basically a glorified bathtub. This one’s actually swimmable, and the deck space around it doesn’t feel cramped. During the day it gets proper sun (hence the “sunny terrasse” part of the name), but there’s enough shade if you’re trying to avoid looking like a lobster. The neighbors in the residence are pretty chill too – mostly seems like other travelers and some long-term residents who keep things quiet. I stayed there in March and the weather was absolutely perfect for pool days, though I imagine it gets properly hot in summer. The studio setup works well if you’re planning to eat some meals at home – the kitchenette is small but functional, and there’s a Carrefour about ten minutes away if you need to stock up on basics. Check-in was smooth, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not a traditional hotel with 24-hour reception. The Wi-Fi actually works well, which isn’t something I take for granted in Morocco. If you’re the type who needs to be walking distance from everything, this might feel a bit removed, but honestly, that’s part of what makes it special – you get the calm without completely sacrificing access to the city.

  J’ai loué cette appartement pour mais parent il sont vraiment aimer j’irais même jusqu’à dire que c’est l’appartement qu’il sont le plus aimer de tout se qui sont fait au Maroc.
  Ma mère étant très maniaque a beaucoup aimer le fait qu’il sois très propre donc je recommande fortement pour avoir fait plus appartement dans cette résidence c’est le meilleur que j’ai eux a réservé
