The riad itself feels like someone’s incredibly stylish private home that they’ve decided to share – which, I guess, is exactly what it is. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your time (I certainly did), especially during those brutal afternoon hours when Marrakech turns into an actual oven. It’s not huge, but it’s perfectly sized for cooling off, and the way the light hits the water in the late afternoon… honestly, it’s the kind of thing that makes you understand why people get obsessed with Moroccan architecture. The rooftop is where the magic really happens though – you can see the Atlas Mountains on clear days, and the sunset views over the golf course are ridiculous. I spent way too many evenings up there with a mint tea, watching the sky turn every shade of orange and pink you can imagine.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail that you only notice after you’ve been there a few days. The staff actually remembers your name and how you like your coffee, the traditional tiles stay cool under bare feet even in summer heat, and there’s this subtle jasmine scent that drifts through the courtyard in the evenings. Parking is easy – you just pull right up to the residence, which is a blessing if you’ve ever tried to navigate the narrow streets in the old city with a rental car. The only minor thing I’d mention is that it can get pretty quiet out there at night, so if you’re looking for walkable nightlife, you’ll want to plan on taxis or having a car. But honestly, after a day of exploring Marrakech’s intensity, that peaceful evening vibe feels like exactly what you need. The 9.9 rating isn’t just inflated booking site nonsense – this place actually delivers on creating that perfect Morocco experience where luxury meets authenticity without feeling forced or touristy.

  Nous avons passé un bon séjour d'une semaine chez Mehdi.
  On a été très bien accueilli par Rachida, une femme adorable et très accueillante.
  La Villa est bien décoré avec de bon goût et très propre.
  La piscine est magnifique. On l'a beaucoup apprécié avec nos enfants.
  Le propriétaire Mehdi est à l'écoute et reste joignable si besoin.
  Tout était bien, on s'y sent bien.
  On y retournera avec plaisir

  Ruime schone Riad op heel rustige lokatie. Modern ingericht e met alles wat je nodig hebt.
  Eigen (dak)terras met fantastisch uitzicht en schone zwembad. Prima Riad en heerlijke ontbijd.
  Bij aankomst werd op verzoek couscous geserveerd. De communicatie verliep erg goed.

  Les équipements, la piscine. La gouvernante Rachida est adorable pour le petit déjeuner pour les repas. Le logement est très bien décoré.

  Just stayed at Riad Alemania last week for 3 nights (family of 4 with a 5 and a 2 year old). The property is stunning, probably better than the photos, so spacious, beautiful and well equipped, a quite exceptional experience staying there. Rashida the housekeeper was fantastic and kept everything immaculate. Breakfast was great also and laid on in the villa. Whilst not a problem whatsoever, I would say you probably do want to have a car staying there as it’s outside Marrakesh on a new complex. Can’t recommend highly enough, a very special place to stay.

  Le Riad est juste magnifique avec des équipements haut de gamme et une décoration typique.

  L'hebergement est magnifique, la décoration est harmonieuse et le rooftop a une superbe vue sur les montagnes de l'Atlas, nous y avons observé de magnifiques couchers de soleil !
  
  L'accueil a tout de suite été très chaleureux grâce à Mohamed. Un bon thé à la menthe et des pâtisseries marocaines nous attendaient. Nous avons ensuite rencontré la douce Karima qui nous a préparé les meilleurs petits déjeuners et dîners. Elle nous a appris de nombreuses choses (mots arabes, recettes marocaines..). Une personne avec un grand cœur, que les enfants et nous, n'oublieront pas ! Merci pour tout ! ❤️
