Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Marrakech over the years, and Privilege House Jade honestly surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away in this newer development called Prestigia along Boulevard Mohamed VI – you know, that wide avenue that feels worlds apart from the medina’s chaos. When I first pulled up, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical because residential complexes can be hit or miss, but this place actually gets it right.

The thing about staying here is that you’re getting this perfect balance between being close enough to everything that matters (the medina’s maybe a 15-minute taxi ride) but far enough out that you can actually sleep at night. No call to prayer at 5 AM echoing off ancient walls, no scooters honking outside your window – just blessed quiet. The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish home rather than a sterile hotel room, which I mean, makes sense given the setup. There’s this attention to detail that you don’t always find – proper water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and honestly, the air conditioning is a godsend during those scorching summer months when Marrakech turns into an oven.

What really sold me though was how the hosts handle things. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward fumbling around with keys or confusing directions you sometimes get with apartment rentals. And the location – well, it’s in Gueliz basically, which means you’re near actual restaurants where locals eat, not just tourist traps. There’s this little café about a five-minute walk away where they make proper mint tea, and the Carrefour nearby is clutch for grabbing water and snacks without paying hotel markup prices. The building itself is quiet during the day, gets a bit livelier in the evenings when residents come home from work, but nothing disruptive. Parking’s straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Marrakech will tell you is not something to take for granted. I’d definitely come back here – it’s one of those places where you can actually relax and recharge between exploring the souks and getting gloriously lost in the old city.

  Nice apartment in a lovely, quiet, and safe residence. The apartment also had a great terrace with a beautiful view of the golf course.

  The apartment is in a great location—very close to the airport, just a 15-minute walk to the mall, and only a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. It’s cosy, clean, and has a beautiful pool in the backyard. The host was incredibly kind, always available to answer questions and provide helpful advice. This was my first time in Marrakech, and I highly recommend this place, whether you’re traveling with family or as a group. 10/10!

  Property was beautiful had an amazing view and comfort lavish stay, great value for money if you’re travelling in a group.
  
  What could be improved: Only issue is the sound system of the Tv which would’ve been a lot better but other than that it was perfect beautiful and plenty of space

  What could be improved: The property door lock was a nightmare it took us 30 minutes to open the door every day at one time we had to ask security twice to help us open the door , it took two of them to open it
  We told the host about this Issue every day it was so frustrating the hosts they never came down to sort the lock one day my child was ill and it took us 45 minutes to get in this is digesting that the hosts never resolved this issue
  
  The beds were to the floor the bed frame was dangerous i hit my leg twice against it while getting out of bed – health and safety issue in the design of the bed
  
  The shower was horrible could not move the shower head water went out of the shower all over the floor the way the shower head was designed it was a nightmare

  First of all, many thanks to the host Hamid; he really took the time to explain everything. It wasn't that hard for me to find the apartment. All apartments have numbers, and the guards at the entrance will help you get there. This apartment was located at Prestigia Jade. The location of this accommodation was excellent. It was located in the well-known Prestigia area. A little 6 minutes drive to the airport. You also have two malls nearby, the Menara Mall and the Mazar Mall. I rented a car and would highly recommend doing that so you are mobile. Three rooms all had a television with smart functionalities like Netflix, Youtube etc.
  
  What could be improved: It didn't bother me that much but take into account taking off and descending planes.

  Excellent facilities, TVs in 2 bedrooms plus the large screen in the sitting room. Lovely interior decor and comfortable beds.
