Rawabi Hotel Marrakech & Spa Overview
Look, I’ll be straight with you about the Rawabi Hotel – it’s one of those places that surprised me in the best way possible. When I first pulled up to this spot in Agdal, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. The area’s sort of removed from the chaos of the medina (which, depending on your mood, is either perfect or a bit isolating), but once you’re inside, you realize that’s actually the whole point.
The thing about staying here is that you get this weird perfect balance – you’re close enough to the Ourika route that you can easily escape to the Atlas Mountains for a day trip, but you’re also just a reasonable taxi ride from Jemaa el-Fnaa when you want to dive into the real Marrakech madness. The hotel itself sits in this quieter tourist zone where you can actually hear yourself think, which honestly felt like a luxury after a few days in the medina’s beautiful chaos. The spa here is genuinely decent too – I mean, it’s not going to change your life, but after walking around Marrakech all day in that heat, their hammam treatment hit differently. The staff there actually knows what they’re doing, not just going through the motions like some places.
What I appreciated most was how the place handles that classic Moroccan hospitality without feeling forced. The lobby has this cool, tiled vibe that immediately drops the temperature and your stress level, and the pool area becomes this perfect refuge during those brutal afternoon hours when even locals are hiding indoors. I spent way more time there than I planned, just reading and occasionally cooling off. The rooms are solid – nothing fancy, but everything works (the AC is crucial and actually powerful), and you’ve got space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. Parking was easy too, which if you’re renting a car in Morocco, you know that’s not always a given. The breakfast spread is pretty standard hotel fare, but they do make a mean Moroccan coffee, and honestly, that’s all I needed to get moving each morning. My only real complaint is that the wifi can be spotty in some rooms – not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re trying to work remotely. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can decompress between Marrakech adventures without breaking the bank, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Would recommend hotel, however I arrive on 23 February for week, two lovely pools one for adults and kids pool, although the water was freezing but I’m sure in peak season is lovely and warm.
What could be improved: There could have being an area, were you you have purchase tea or coffee throughout day, they could have utilise the facilities with the provision of a snack bar providing light snacks to guess by pool or in the lounge.
