The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building (not always a given in these thick-walled riads), and the hot water pressure is surprisingly good. I mean, you’re still in a centuries-old building, so don’t expect a modern hotel experience, but it’s that perfect balance where you feel the history without sacrificing comfort.

The staff here really gets it – they’re not just going through hospitality motions. When I mentioned wanting to find a good hammam that wasn’t touristy, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the obvious spots but actually drew me a little map to his family’s neighborhood place. That kind of local knowledge is gold in Marrakech. The breakfast spread happens on the rooftop terrace, and honestly, starting your day with fresh msemen and that view over the medina’s rooftops while listening to the morning call to prayer… it’s one of those moments that reminds you why you travel. The location means you’re walking distance from the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the chaos and noise when you want to decompress. Though fair warning – the medina gets pretty quiet at night, so if you’re planning late dinners, you’ll want to coordinate with the riad about getting back in. Small detail, but it matters when you’re navigating those dark alleys after a tagine and wine situation.

  We loved the overall vibe in the Riad – it was very peaceful. The breakfast was also really tasty and the staff were incredibly friendly.

  An absolute gem in Marrakesh. The property is in a quiet location although walking distance from the heart of Marrakesh. The property only has 6 rooms so is very cosy and calm. We received such a warm welcome and were very well looked after. The room was very spacious with a typical design and cleaned to perfection every day. The breakfast was also amazing, with local pancakes and fresh juices in the top terrace overlooking the area. We simply cannot fault this place, highly recommend to anyone.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to dislike, the only thing I would recommend is that if you plan to have dinner at the Riad, make sure you give them notice before 12pm on the day

  Beautifully appointed location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Our room was delightful, a lovely size, very comfortable bed, fabulous room service.
  The Riad is on the north side of town so a long was from the touristy hubs. Great to walk through the city to get to the heart of the soul area and get a feeling for the city where people live.
