What I love about staying here is that you can slip out for an early morning stroll through the souks before the crowds arrive, then retreat back to your peaceful base when things get hectic. The narrow streets around the riad are filled with local life — you’ll pass bread sellers, kids playing, and neighbors chatting on doorsteps. Couples seem to particularly appreciate how romantic these winding medina streets feel at night (they’ve rated the location 9.5 for two-person trips, and I totally get why).

The rooftop terrace is where you’ll probably end up spending your evenings, watching the sun set over the medina’s maze of rooftops while the call to prayer echoes across the city. It’s not fancy in a five-star way, but there’s something deeply satisfying about the authentic atmosphere they’ve maintained here.

Breakfast & Daily Rhythms

The continental breakfast is served in the courtyard, and it’s one of those simple pleasures that sets the tone for your day. Fresh bread, local honey, mint tea that’s actually properly prepared — nothing revolutionary, but everything done right. What I appreciate is how the staff seems to understand the rhythm of medina life. They know you might want to eat early before exploring, or sleep in after a late night wandering the night markets. The kitchen (it’s right there in the name, after all) has this wonderful smell of tagines and spices that drifts through the riad, especially in the evenings.

This place works because it doesn’t try to shield you from Marrakech — it drops you right into the middle of it all while giving you a genuine refuge to return to.   Excellent and convenient location- 50m away from Jemaa el-Fnaa. It’s a modern, clean and neat riad. The rooftop lounge was spectacular and had an amazing sunrise and sunset view. Saeed cooked us a lovely breakfast everyday and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

  Good location, minimalist interior design if you like it. Very clean even taking the fact they are demolishing the house next door. Nice staff.
  
  What could be improved: No privacy in the room, you can hear everyone on the stairs. No ventilation in toilet and in room – just small window to staircase. This is more a B&B that a Riad. Breakfast was realy basic, so we had it only once.
