Breakfast happens up on the rooftop terrace, and it’s honestly one of those experiences that makes you feel like you’re living in a travel magazine for a moment. They do a solid continental spread with fresh Moroccan bread, local honey, and olives, plus they’re really good about accommodating dietary needs — I watched them prepare separate vegetarian and gluten-free options without any fuss. The mint tea here is exceptional (they grow their own mint), and having it while watching the medina wake up below is sort of magical. You can hear the call to prayer echoing from different mosques, see the Atlas Mountains in the distance on clear days.
