The riad itself is this gorgeous traditional Moroccan house that actually feels like a home, not some sterile hotel trying to look authentic. Three bedrooms spread across the property, so it’s perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends and want space to breathe. The architecture is stunning – those classic geometric tiles, carved wood details that must have taken forever to complete, and a central courtyard that becomes your personal oasis. What really got me was the attention to detail… the way light filters through the traditional screens in the afternoon, how the fountain sounds different depending on where you sit. These are the things you notice when you slow down and actually live in a place for a few days.

The location is honestly brilliant if you know what you’re getting into. You’re about 15 minutes from the medina madness, which means you can dive into Jemaa el-Fnaa when you want that full sensory overload, but then retreat to this peaceful bubble when you need to decompress. The palm grove setting means morning walks that feel almost mystical – there’s something about the way the light hits those ancient trees that makes you understand why people have been coming to Morocco for centuries. Parking isn’t an issue here like it is in the old city, and your taxi drivers will actually know where they’re going without that usual confused circling. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you experience how the hosts take care of you – they’re not just running a business, they genuinely want you to fall in love with their corner of Morocco.   Es un apartamento grande, de 3 plantas. Salon-cocina / dormitorios / terraza. Está dentro de una zona residencial, cerrada, con vigilancia 24h. Los niños podían salir a jugar a la puerta de la casa sin el bullicio de la ciudad. Había zona para jugar a la pelota. La piscina está abierta en invierno también.
  En el residencial hay Minimarket y alguna cafetería, con precios normales.
  En la puerta del residencial siempre hay algún taxi. También se puede ir andando a la medina. La muralla de la ciudad está delante, cruzando la calle. Llegar desde ahí hasta la plaza puede ser 30 min a través de la medina.
  Fuimos al Hammam Nilo, andando desde allí, y fue muy recomendable.
  La casa tiene de todo para cocinar y descansar.
  La azotea es estupenda para las veladas nocturnas.
  En el salón principal los sofás se pueden usar como camas ya que los asientos tienen unos colchones cómodos. Aunque no son camas como tal. Ahí pusimos a los 4 niños y durmieron muy bien.
  Habib fue muy puntual y muy fácil la comunicación por WhatsApp. Gracias por todo.

  Nous avons adoré notre voyage familial qui a été rendu exceptionnel par notre hôte Anass, qui a été là pour nous du début à la fin. Il nous a aidé pour tout, il connaît les bonnes adresses. Il est honnête gentil, serviable. Nous oublions jamais notre voyage grâce à lui.

  The property was well furnished, decorated and stocked with all the necessities such as towels along with extra luxuries like extension chords and 2 pin adapters to ensure customer comfort.
  
  The place was clean and all the appliances worked properly. There were almost 3 living rooms, there were 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (1 with shower and toilet, 1 with just toilet and 1 with just shower). The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen, and there was good wifi. There was also a very lovely balcony at the top to enjoy the sun.
  
  There was security at the gates of the front of the apartment complex, and the entire area was very safe. There were local shops and places to eat just outside of the apartment.
  
  The apartment is very close to the city centre, it cost our family (of 5) only 70dirhams to get there via taxi.
  
  The host was very accommodating, he gave us a tour when we first got there. He was very polite and helpful whenever we needed anything, this made our stay there very smooth and comfortable.
  
  We will definitely be booking him again.

  Appartement entièrement équipé, très spacieux. Residence entièrement sécurisé avec gardes à l'entrée. Calme et propreté de la résidence. Commerces à l'intérieur de la résidence : pharmacie, tabac, resto, alimentation… Disponibilité de l'hôte. Pas de ménage à faire en fin de séjour. Pas de frais supplémentaires en fin de séjour.
  Tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer 1 agréable séjour !!!
