You know what really gets me about Riad Mostafa? It’s tucked away in this residential area called Al Qaria Assiyahia that most tourists never even hear about, but honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special. I mean, you’re staying in actual Marrakech here – not some touristy bubble where everyone’s trying to sell you carpets every five minutes. The address might look intimidating (Residence Zahra, G3, No 4 – sounds like you need a GPS and a prayer), but once you find it, you’ll understand why this place has that perfect 10 rating.

The whole setup feels like staying at your Moroccan friend’s incredibly stylish home. The traditional riad architecture is there – you’ve got that gorgeous central courtyard that keeps everything cool even when Marrakech is absolutely baking outside – but it’s not trying too hard to be a museum piece. The rooms actually feel lived-in and comfortable, which is something you can’t say about every riad in the medina where you’re afraid to touch anything. What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night. Being in a residential zone means you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of scooters and late-night market chatter that can keep you up in the more central areas. Though I’ll be honest, you might hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques, but that’s just part of the authentic experience.

The staff here – and I don’t throw this around lightly – genuinely seem to care about making your stay work. They’ll actually give you proper directions to places instead of just pointing vaguely toward the medina. Getting to the main tourist spots is totally doable; you’re looking at maybe a 10-15 minute taxi ride to Jemaa el-Fnaa, and the drivers in this area know exactly where they’re going (unlike some parts of the medina where even locals get turned around). The breakfast situation is solid too – proper Moroccan bread, fresh fruit, and they’ll make eggs however you want them. Small thing, but the wifi actually works throughout the property, which honestly can be hit or miss in Marrakech riads. If you’re someone who needs to stay connected or just wants to share those Instagram-worthy courtyard shots, you’re covered. The only tiny downside? You’ll need to arrange airport transfers ahead of time since it’s not the easiest place for random taxis to find, but the riad sorts that out for you anyway.

  Oferta zgodna z opisem. Wspaniały i pomocny gospodarz, jeśli masz jakieś prośby czy uwagi przekaż mu, a wszystko będzie załatwione. Marokańskie śniadania dostosowane do naszych potrzeb przygotowywane o ustalonej z gospodarzem godzinie (różnego rodzaju placuszki, dżem, omlet, sok, kawa i przede wszystkim pyszna tradycyjna zielona herbata z miętą). Riad położony w osiedlu turystycznym, gdzie jest zarówno sklep jak i pamiątki, kilka kameralnych restauracji, organizator wycieczek, wypożyczalnia samochodów. Trochę oddalony od centrum medyny, ale można dojść spacerem podglądając lokalne życie. Jest także basen, który robi dobre wrażenie, ale niestety nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać. Czyste i bezpieczne miejsce. Polecam

  Il riad è molto pulito, arredato con cura ed è in un bellissimo residence fuori dal caos di Marrakech.
  L’host è eccezionale! Ci ha aiutato in tutto e la mattina abbiamo avuto un’ottima colazione marocchina fatta direttamente da una signora.
