Riad Noureddine Overview
First Impressions
Walking through the entrance of Riad Noureddine feels like stepping into someone’s beautifully maintained family home — which, honestly, is exactly what makes this place so special. The traditional Moroccan architecture hits you immediately, with those gorgeous tiled courtyards and carved wooden details that you see in all the Instagram photos, except here it’s the real deal. What struck me most was how intimate everything felt; this isn’t some massive hotel complex where you’re just another guest number. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, and there’s this genuine warmth that you can’t fake.
Location & Getting Around
The riad sits along Route des Remparts in the Qaria Assiyahia area, and I have to say, recent guests aren’t wrong about rating the location so highly. You’re close enough to the medina’s chaos to feel connected to Marrakech‘s energy, but far enough away that you can actually get some peace when you need it. The fact that there’s free private parking on-site is honestly a game-changer — anyone who’s tried to navigate Marrakech’s narrow streets with a rental car will know what I mean. It’s particularly perfect for couples (which explains why so many pairs end up loving this place), since you can easily duck back for afternoon breaks between exploring sessions.
The Rooms & Common Areas
The rooms maintain that authentic riad feel without sacrificing comfort, which is actually harder to pull off than you’d think. Each space has its own character — some overlook the central courtyard, others offer glimpses of the surrounding neighborhood. What I appreciated most was the attention to traditional details like the handcrafted furniture and local textiles, but they’ve smartly modernized things like the bathrooms and air conditioning. The common areas, especially around the central courtyard, become these lovely gathering spots where you’ll find yourself lingering longer than planned, maybe with mint tea or just watching the light change throughout the day.
Breakfast & Daily Rhythms
The buffet breakfast setup works really well here — it’s not trying to be some elaborate international spread, but focuses on quality Moroccan and continental options that actually taste good. I mean, there’s something to be said for fresh bread, local honey, and properly made coffee served in a beautiful courtyard setting. You’ll probably find yourself taking breakfast slower than usual, which honestly feels like the right pace for Marrakech anyway. The whole rhythm of the place encourages you to slow down a bit, whether that’s lingering over morning coffee or finding quiet corners to read during the afternoon heat.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back to Riad Noureddine is that perfect balance between authentic Moroccan hospitality and practical comfort. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Marrakech, but it delivers on the things that actually matter — genuine service, a great location, and that special atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something real rather than just another tourist accommodation. The fact that couples consistently rate it so highly tells you something about the romantic, intimate vibe they’ve managed to create here.
To book hotel in Marrakech for the Marrakech Popular Arts Festival, travelers favor riad rooftops overlooking drummers and dancers.

Reviews of Riad Noureddine
Amazing value, lovely riad, caring and helpful host. – Belex from United Kingdom – 20 June 2025 (10/10)
Everything, the host was amazingly kind and helpful and couldn't do enough for us, the riad was spacious and clean, the breakfast you can purchase was lovely and you got a lot. There are some restaurants in the complex and a little shop that charge you amazingly good prices and don't try to rip you off, there is even a pharmacy. Will definitely be using again.
What could be improved: Everything was great.Exceptional – Alessio from Italy – 27 April 2025 (10/10)
Riad molto pulito e grande. La proprietaria molto simpatica e gentile. Consiglio vivamente!!
Very good – Oleksiak from Poland – 7 April 2025 (8/10)
Polecam obiekt.
Excellent compromise to get "Moroccan" lodging feel, while avoiding the steam of the Medina. – Lionel from Sweden – 31 March 2025 (8/10)
The host Hanan is super nice, easily available, very service minded and cared a lot about us. The restaurant and the small shops in the residence are very appreciated. we had breakfast there, very decent prices. Area for safe, quiet and close to the city/Medina. We could gym around the quiet pool too.
What could be improved: It was unfortunate that heavy (unusual) rain did damage networks the week before our arrival; hence we could not have wifi during our stay (pb for the kids as the had not SIM cards at all during our stay ; but it was like that in the whole residence, so not something that future customers should worry too much about. the most negative thing we experienced was so smell coming from the bathrooms (connected to rain?); some bedsheets are coming "end of life". But again, I strongly recommend this place, its pool and the host!!As vrea sa ii multumesc proprietarei pentru amabilitatea si caldura de care a dat dovada, a fost acolo pentru noi la ori – Alexandra from Romania – 21 March 2025 (10/10)
Exceptional – Souad from Morocco – 13 August 2024 (10/10)
Excellent house with everything you could think of you might need.
Shops and restaurants within a 2 min walk from accommodation which came in handy with 4 kids.
Local grocery store for those extras you might need. Swimming pool was a bones.
House was comfortable and cool. Best sleep I had all summer.
All rooms came with ensuits which was handy.Exceptional – Lorraine from United Kingdom – 14 May 2024 (10/10)
The riad is beautiful and roomy. All usual facilities and more besides. The beds are comfy with aircon in each room.
What could be improved: The sunbeds around the pool are awful metalwork construction and the most uncomfortable thing ever.Lovely spacious Moroccan style apartment! – Lucy from Australia – 21 December 2023 (10/10)
A great place to stay! A really homely Moroccan style apartment, with three bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It's in a quiet complex, which was great to come back to after a busy day in Marrakech. There is security around the complex and cafes, restaurants, and a little supermarket all inside the area. Happy to recommend!
What could be improved: Nothing, it was great for our family.Exceptional – Juanjo from United Kingdom – 17 January 2023 (10/10)
We have a whole Riad to ourselves in a nice and quiet place. The best "your attention". Thank you Hannah for everything and to share with us your culture and many many laughs. See you soon!!!
