Getting to the fourth floor means a bit of a climb (the elevator works, but honestly, I usually just took the stairs), and once you’re in apartment 25, the space just opens up in ways that most Marrakech accommodations simply don’t. The name isn’t lying about the “spacieux” part – you’ve got room to actually spread out your stuff, which anyone who’s stayed in the medina’s riads will appreciate. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just some token mini-fridge situation, so you can actually cook if you want to take a break from tagines.

What really gets me is how quiet it stays, even though you’re basically surrounded by the city’s main hotel strip. The building’s position means you catch these amazing glimpses of the Atlas Mountains on clear days, but you’re still a five-minute walk from Carré Eden shopping center and maybe ten minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa if you cut through the right streets. The parking situation is actually manageable here – something you definitely can’t say about most places in this area. I stayed during both the busy winter season and the quieter summer months, and honestly, the apartment’s air conditioning setup handles the heat way better than some of the fancier hotels I’ve tried. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that you don’t get in sterile hotel rooms, but everything works properly and feels clean and updated. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering around a lobby wondering if your room’s ready, just simple key exchange and you’re settled. That 9.5 rating makes perfect sense once you factor in the value proposition here. You’re getting legitimate luxury space and amenities without paying resort prices, right in the heart of where you actually want to be in Marrakech.

  The host Mohamed made everything easy for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed. Supermarket is about 10 minutes walk away, and the bus stop is close to catch a bus to the main tourist attractions. Secure parking in a garage beneath the complex.

  De verhuurder was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij beantwoordde rustig al onze vragen, het is een koel en schoon appartement en het heeft een veilige entree met altijd vriendelijke bewaking.
  We waren met een gezin van 5 personen en er waren maar 3 grote en 3 kleine handdoeken, en we wilden graag wat keuken linnen, dat heeft de verhuurder vrij snel aangevuld zonder problemen met nog wat extra’s zoals kledinghangers, en wc papier.
  De keuken is ruim en voorzien van alle apparaten, dus je kan je eigen maaltijd bereiden.
  
  What could be improved: Er zijn 4 slaapplekken/ 2 mooie slaapkamers en 2 toiletten, en een heerlijke grote bank, maar geen slaapbank en daar was geen kussen voor beschikbaar, daar hebben we nog wel naar gevraagd maar die kon hij niet leveren, de sierkussens waren te hard om op te slapen, er was wel een soort teddy deken en hij heeft nog extra lakens gebracht wat we op de bank konden neerleggen.
  Ik zou er eerder voor kiezen om met 4 volwassenen te slapen in het appartement.
  Maar verder was het groot genoeg voor 5 personen.

  very spacious the pictures are true that’s exactly how it looked in real life it was really clean and the host Mohammed was extremely nice and even let us check in early as we arrived at 12 and check in was supposed to be at 3. i would definitely recommend this to families only a 10 minute drive sometimes even less to the square. I will definitely book again i cannot fault this apartment.
