So I’ve actually spent quite a bit of time in Marrakech, and when I stumbled across this place on Rue el Adarissa – honestly, the location alone made me do a double-take. You know how most people get stuck in the touristy parts of Hivernage? Well, this apartment sits right at this perfect sweet spot where el Adarissa meets Avenue Hassan II, which means you’re literally steps from both the modern Gueliz district and the energy of Hivernage, but without all the chaos that comes with being right in the thick of it.

The thing that got me about this place – and I mean this genuinely – is how it feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need because there are these thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is properly stocked (not just for show), the wifi actually works consistently, and the beds are comfortable enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a rock. I stayed during peak season in March, and while you can hear the city humming below, it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up at night. The building itself has that solid, older construction that just absorbs sound better than these newer glass towers.

What really sets this apart though is the neighborhood knowledge you get just by being here. That corner location means you’re a five-minute walk to some of the best cafés in Gueliz – locals actually drink coffee there, not just tourists taking Instagram shots. And honestly, being able to walk to the train station area without dealing with taxi negotiations? That’s worth its weight in gold. The host left these casual notes about which hammam to visit (avoid the touristy ones near Jemaa el-Fnaa), where to get proper mint tea, and which streets to take when you want to avoid the scooter traffic during evening rush hour. You know what I mean – that kind of insider stuff you usually only learn after staying somewhere for weeks. The 9.5 rating makes complete sense when you realize it’s not just about thread count and marble bathrooms, but about actually understanding how people want to experience Marrakech when they’re not being shuttled around in tour groups.

  地理位置非常好 就在车站旁边 大马路边上 本来我十分担忧 因为我晚上十一点才到 但是这个地方是大路且旁边很热闹 有很多店 公寓还有保安需要登记才能进入 更加提高了安全性 房东人也很好 非常好的住处和服务 非常推荐

  Beautiful apartment with modern Moroccan style furnishings and a lovely comfortable bed The balcony is a welcome retreat to watch the sun set.
  Perhaps the most important thing to mention is Touria who gives the best service. NOTHING is too much trouble, I messaged her quite late in the evening to ask is she knew where we could get our boarding passes printed, (Marrakesh airport does not accept online boarding passes.) She arranged for her sister to print them and delivered them the next day, gave us a taxi contact for collection at the airport and had delicious mint tea awaiting for us when we arrived. What a great host!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing to not like but perhaps be aware that you should expect to walk quite a way into the Medina and city however there are so many reasonable taxis around that this isn’t an issue and we came back feeling really fit.

  We had a great stay in Marrakech.
  
  The apartment is very nice and furnished with lovely attention to detail. It is very modernly equipped (two flat screen TVs, Xbox, LED lights) and very spacious. The terrace is beautiful. Also,
  the apartment was very clean.
  
  Communication with the hostess was smooth and very pleasant. We were even welcomed with a fresh cup moroccan of tea, a very nice gesture.
  
  The next time we travel to Marrakech we will definitly book the apartment again – 10 out of 10.😊🇲🇦

  The decor was very cute and made it feel like home! The terrasse was cute as well and the view was amazing!! Especially when the sun sets. Also very clean and Touria's sister was very welcoming (Moroccan tea upon arrival)

  I highly recommend coming here. I'm a female lone traveller coming arriving to marrakech from the airport before catching the train the next day.
  Getting here was really easy from the airport. I hopped onto bus no 19 from the airport and which dropped me off at the train station. From here, it was literally a 3 minute walk to the apartment. Gaining entry to the building via the security guard was very straightforward, and I felt very safe.
  The flat was very clean and was just like the pictures advertised. I liked that I could cast you tube to the TV.
  I didn't really use the kitchen area but it looks very nice.
  The host was very good at communicating with me and the address was clear.
  I would be happy to recommend this apartment to others.

  The apartment is new and well decorated to the minimal details as you would do for your own. Fabrizio, Complementi!
  The kitchenware and furnishings are complete to suit short or long stays. Good location, close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Touria was very friendly and welcomed us with tea, Fiqas and a chilled bottle of water, indeed needed after a short walk from CTM station. Thank you Touria
